There was a pubic hair (or a least it looked like one) left on the bodywash dispenser in the room when I got there, but I didnt notice it until i was already showering. I didn't like the long waits for the elevators. There should be some other way for the housekeeping and maintenance staff to move their equipment up and down the building; maybe convert 1 room on on each floor to a staging room for housekeeping and maintenance or something like that; Maintenance and Housekeeping were holding up customer traffic during peak times.

The bathroom- the shower pressure was very low, not sure weather it was a staff or a random person doing something very explicit in stairwells.

This would have been a 10* review with the exception of the refrigerator making terrible loud squeaky noises at random times throughout the day and night. It took us awhile to figure out what the noise was. Made it very hard to sleep. Air conditioner unit was in master bedroom and was also very loud when running.

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. They even called after I arrived at my room to make sure all was well.

Definitely an older property that’s showing a lot of wear and tear - large dings on the wall, cracked files on the bathroom, and scuffs everywhere. My only major complaint was the tub in the bathroom - the stopper (one of the kind you can push down and turn to either allow water to drain or to stop water from draining entirely) was laid on the side of the tub and tons of hair were visible in the drain, causing the water to back up a lot, even with no stopper used.

Great location and very friendly front desk staff. My 1 bedroom king suite was enormous and well stocked with everything I needed during my stay.

The bathroom/sink area was small and cramped. I feel like it needed refurbishing or updating. Tiles were cracked on the floor, and there was a hair in the tub.

We were very pleased with the size of the bedroom, living room and kitchen area. We weren't expecting it to be so big for just us two! I feel like it's perfect for those with young children, as it has a full kitchen area and a full-sized fridge! Our room overlooked the pool.

Property was nice, price was a bit high though. Breakfast was not good they should serve some sort of breakfast meat. They need at least 2 more waffle stations. They run out of eggs frequently. Had to put my bread in toaster oven 3 times to get it to toast.

Rooms were large roomy, clean. Pool and outside area was very nice, great fire pit. Exercise room was nice too.

The rooms were run down. There was cracks throughout the floor and the bathtubs were run down. One of the beds in the room had a dirty comforter. When you see by Marriott I think of the rooms being really nice quality but it gave motel vibes. The water pressure was also very low. Very slow elevators. The staff wasn’t very helpful. They didn’t tell us how to get to the elevators/where things were. The staff at the time we checked in should be more attentive and helpful. The rooms came with shampoo, conditioner, & soap but in one of our bathrooms it was completely empty. So sad to have experienced this because typically have good experiences with anything Marriott.

The free breakfast was really nice! Good food.

The room needed to be updated. Freezer made noises all day. Paint in rooms all walls were chipped. The bathrooms in room are idefinitely outdated. Furniture is really hard to sit on to long. Luckily we were only there to go to Disneyland.

The laundry payment system wouldn’t work, the app wouldn’t work and there were no quarters available at reception. Also, parking cost as an addition to the room as most people would be driving to the hotel so.

My only two complaints would be my room had a very distinct odor upon my arrival, but I didn't make an issue just opened the window and went down to the fitness room for a workout when I returned it was much better. Also parking at night is very difficult especially for bigger vehicles. Overall, though I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; my room was very clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The fitness center was very useful as well with a decent amount of equipment and was also really clean.
