Breakfast was a little chaotic in the morning. Pool was under construction at the time of visit which was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel - was not aware of this prior to booking (but they did give us access to use the neighboring hotel pools). Daily parking rate is a bit much. Parking is a bit tight if you have something larger than a compact car.

The 2 bedroom kid suite was perfect for our family. So much space . Location is great with a quick walk to Target and tons of places to eat around. There was a chart of how busy breakfast would be in the morning and what times were expected to be busy

The location was wrong. This hotel is NOT 4 blocks from Disneyland but over a mile.

I requested a late check out and was granted it. The housekeeping came to my room, and I informed her of my late checkout. She threw a temper tantrum and stomped and walked off. This was very rude and inappropriate, especially for the cost of staying at the hotel.

The carpets in the room could do with a clean. The kids had the dirtiest socks I’ve ever seen after just 30 minutes running around in the room. But apart from that it was great.

Faculties we’re good breakfast was great but you do have to wait and chase staff to refill items. Overall a great place to stay.

Staff unkind. Assigned room was not ready when we went into it. Assigned to another room facing Highway vs Disneyland FireWorks - loud. Worn out couch . Refrigerator dented and froze all things . Bathroom shelves falling off walls.

Nothing really, it’s an older property but we’ll kept and clean.

Rooms were clean and well presented. Check in staff were very helpful. Parking was close. The hotel was pretty much spotless all round, very clean and tidy.

Some of the facilities dirty and tired . Shower curtain looked like a cat clawed it , soaf stained, bathroom water damage . Not clean crews faulty things need maintence care .

Parking is awful. Truly, the very worst. Having to pay $24 a night is already ridiculous but then to have to pay it and park in overflow blocks away is plain stupidity. This needs to be changed because the rest of the hotel is wonderful.

I didn’t like that the carpet in our room was very wet and the hallway’s carpet was wet as well. There was a leak on the 3rd floor.

Guest elevators were down when we stayed there, and we had to take the staff elevators until they were fixed.

The breakfast could have been better more options or omelet station, different breakfast potatoes instead of tater tots

I love the pool, basketball court, kitchen in room and bar. All of the staff were amazing. Nice friendly and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with that were staff had great attitudes.
