No dish soap and cleaning sponge was provided in the kitchen. The breakfast was probably the worst I ever had. There was omelette, but it was not tasty at all (maybe made of powder?). No cheese but one kind, no vegetables, no fruit. Only yogurt and some serial. Oh, and a waffle which was tolerable.

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. I liked the kitchen and refrigerator. Good value for money.

Bed was not comfortable at all very hard no pillow top would have been much better, I have stayed in other Sonesta in Fort Lauderdale ocean front and bed was amazing. I expected this place to same type of bed however no not really comfortable.

Our suite was not as clean as I would have expected. Some hairs on the bathroom floor and dust on some surfaces. Also the kitchenette was not well stocked at all (only 1 fork and a butter knife for utensils)

Room located beside air conditioning unit outside bedroom window. It was extremely noisy especially during the night. There was a constant smell in the room as if it hadn't been used for a while. Also had to ask for shower curtain, hairdryer didn't work and wardrobe door wouldn't close. Also batteries dead in remote control. Just little things but they add up.

There was no service. ANY THING you needed you had to get yourself from the front desk like towels trash bags etc. No one ever cleaned the room and I was there 10 days , there some mention about I needed to be on the clean up schedule . Good thing we are clean neat people. When you asked for the basic things from the front desk it always felt like they were on a scavenger hunt to find simple things. Opening draws and coming up empty handed. There was staff there who announced that he was the new sales manager he extended himself with greetings and gestures to people in the dining room to HE KNEW we’re traveling in groups for business purposes. Anyone else in his presence were invisable . It felt weird and rude . How do you great some guest and not others and they are sitting right to each other? Also there were rarely people visible at the front desk although they were there , they were behind this wall where they couldn’t be seen . I found myself standing there saying’ HELLO IS ANYONE THERE’ when I needed some assistance. Couple of times when they appeared they would appear with their phones in their hands as if I interrupted texts with the screens open. Also the fitness room didn’t accommodate women. Lighter weights were missing no mats etc. .

Room was big suited 3 people conformably.. I felt safe . There were pots pans plates glasses and all the things I needed to be comfortable .It felt very clean.

Rooms are cleaned once in 7 days and they had to be chased to do so. Tissue rolls, kitchen towels and sops etc too was made once in 7 days. Crockery were minimal and had to call for it. No kettle, but there was coffee maker. No consideration for tea lovers. And there was tea in the room dropped off by housekeeping.

Couch in living room was uncomfortable. It seemed like the sofa pull-out would not go all the way back in, so the cushions would not lay flat. Not a big deal, but the only thing I can say that was less than perfect.

Breakfast was fresh, well stocked and the dining room was comfortable and appealing. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room layout was perfect for our needs. Grounds/landscaping was appealing and well-kept.

The kitchen was clean but under stocked as far as dishes, pans, utensils, etc. I also would’ve appreciated some dish soap or dish washer liquid. The hallways and elevator reeked of pot smoke. I’m just glad it didn’t waft into my room.

The front desk people were nice. My suite was roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels.

The only thing that I had an issue with here was that it smelt like someone had been smoking in the room or it was coming through the vents.

I really enjoyed the entire stay here, I loved the area and the outside fire pit was so nice to sit by after a long day at the ball fields.

I wish I could have given this place 5 stars because it had a lot going for it, but there were a few things that were so irritating that I had to reduce my rating. The first was that there WAS NO SOAP in the bathrooms. I literally had to go ask for soap at the front desk because apparently they don't put that in your room. First time I have ever seen this at any motel or hotel. I understand that it is less wasteful to not provide things that people won't use or will waste, but I think soap is pretty basic. Also, they should ask at check-in, "Do you want some complimentary soap?" Easy enough to ask, and then I don't have to go back to the front desk for such a silly thing. They also did not have a blanket for the pull-out couch in the living room, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for that as well. Also not provided were dishwasher detergent, a sponge and dishwashing liquid, a kitchen towel, oven mitt and any sort of a baking pan. Lastly, we could not get the television in the living room to work, although the ones in the bedroom did. I hope they will fix these issues because it is inexpensive to do so and would make a HUGE difference to the comfort of a guest's stay. I would go back but with reservations.

The breakfast was great. There was a lot to choose from, and the selections were good quality. The man attending the breakfast bar was very friendly. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of closet space and lots of drawers. The kitchen was a very nice size and had a full stove, oven and refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space. The overall look of the hotel was very nice and the pool and basketball court were enjoyed very much by my children.
