You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere were a few minor things in the room that weren't ideal. The garbage disposal wasn't working. A few lightbulbs were out. But the biggest issue was in the design of the shower; the door opened in so it was impossible to turn on the water without either getting all the way in (and blasting oneself with cold or hot water) or contorting to turn on the water (which then blasted out onto the floor.) The fan in the shower was also VERY LOUD, so loud it was extremely disruptive to the other person in the room (i.e. if that person was asleep).
We didn't join in breakfast. We liked the size and amenities of the hotel and the friendliness of staff.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioning worked well, but we turned it off at night because the fan was so loud. There was no way to adjust the fan other than to turn it on or off. The fan in the bathroom was also loud, so if you turn the light on at night, you will wake up your partner. I always travel with a nightlight, but there was no outlet in the bathroom (toilet/shower).
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small 'store' at the main desk with snacks and wine.

United States of AmericaBy far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is rude, unprofessional and wasn't helpful at all. None of my requests where met prior to checking in. The room that I asked for I had to wait a day later to get. The room they gave me, I had to wait hours for me and my family to check in. No discount for the inconvenience. My girlfriend was burglarized on property. And no one reached out or even tried to help us with the matter. Wouldn't let us see video or anything. Then the hotel lied days later after I checked out of the hotel, charged me with a smoking in room fee. When no one in my family smokes. Then was very rude once I confronted them about the matter to summit proof.
The area was ok. The beds were conformable. The pool & hot tub was nice.
