Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In a very busy area. Lots of traffic. Sofa in room was very uncomfortable. Dryers on laundry did not work well. Sun in pool area was blocked by building by early afternoon.
Lobby and rooms were very clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rate we paid was good. Breakfast was adequate. Likes having room with efficiency kitchen.

The free breakfast? We are assuming its all because of Covid. Brenda was very nice but seems like she's only been out for a short time.
The room was nicely furnished, spacious and had an impressive kitchen. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Breakfast was over too soon. Food picked over for late risers. Had to go to McDonald's. Housekeeping didn't knock before entering room and we were in the middle of getting dressed. Parking in back dark and limited when it gets late.
Very clean. Toiletries are nice. Good size room. Location is good and convenient. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Check in was a breeze. Loved that.

They had no pool towels, but furnished Hand towels......could have at least had bath towels. Trash at back entrance overflowing.
Room was clean and comfortable and location was great. Breakfast was good.

Ronnie the GM was HORRIBLE !! Very rude and tried stealing money from us. Beware of her ! She said this isn't a party hotel when all i had was 3 kids ! I cake the corporate and said this isn't the first complaint they had and are investigating her. DON'T GO !

The rooms. shower handle broke off in my hand while turning it on. Got another room had spiders on the ceiling. Just left didn’t even stay.

the rooms was good price and clean , however what was supposed to be a family trip for 2 nights ended up being a nightmare . unfortunately There was a domestic dispute between me and my husband and i had to call the police on him because i feared for my life and my family. i had booked 2 rooms under my name Barbara Senquiz and the dates was from 5/12 - 5/14 however someone in the front desk of the cop lied and the booking site says that i booked from 5/11 -5/13 and that information in not accurate. I am really disappointed and will proceed legal action i have pictures that shows that i Barbara Senquiz booked the hotel stay at the Residence Inn in Port St Lucie through booking.com and the time of checkout was also altered it shows that I checked out of the hotel at 6:30 am and another time it shows that I checked out at 10:41 am this whole situation is very unprofessional and i feel very dissatisfied with how the hotel handle the situation not putting the right dates and time of check in and check out .

They had no towels for the pool, I guess you were suppose to use the bath towels from your room. The furniture outside the hotel (not the pool furniture) was in pretty bad condition. The main gas grill is in need of some repairs as well.
Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and coffee.

I did not expect my bill to be 368 dollars. When I chechoin I thought the quote I was given was for the fog. It was a great stay. But you are too expensive

Proper treatment by management to match quoted rate from Booking rather than charging 25% premium. Patience awaiting for Booking confirmation rather than charging individual immediately causing a double charge on our account. Total lack of their ability to correct errors created in/with Booking.com and inability to communicate with Booking.
