Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed was small to accomodate room size but it wasn't very comfortable. Need a microwave accessible to customers in breakfast area. The packaged oatmeal options are supposed to be microwaved after you add hot water and we couldn't use the one in the kitchen. They were out of the precooked oatmeal as well.
Room was good for our purposes and allowed some privacy between parents and kids with the separate room. Good variety for breakfast. Food was fresh and staff was very helpful in getting whatever you needed. Seating area was well appointed and atmosphere friendly.

I mention twice to the hotel and the other was in a survey I completed that during my stay I was charged for my Service Dog. On the survey the apologized for the inconvenience and said that they would address this issue with the hotel. The hotel said that they would look into the charge and get back to me. I heard nothing back

My room wasn’t as clean, the tv’s and tv stand were dusty and the freezer Wasn’t wiped out before us. Also the plumbing is terrible. I was afraid to put anymore tissue in the toilet because it kept getting stuck in both bathrooms.
I liked that the food was a good temperature and a very good variety. Also that the time starts early. Maybe offer turkey bacon as well not just pork if you can.

The building is getting old and requires more maintenance than it appears to be receiving. Our bathroom door had to be lifted in order for it to close due to the top two hinges coming loose. The toilet seat was also loose. Neither of these issues were big deals but they are so easy to find and fix, one has to wonder why they existed.
This location is good for times when we must visit CT. We’ve stayed there and at other Residence Inn’s many times. The people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was quite good for a free meal. The Inn is central to what we needed to accomplish in the area and one of the key reasons for our selection. We will likely stay there again in future.

Front desk guy had an attitude all the time. This place just need balconies to be perfect.
Location and rooms were perfect! The two bedroom suite has a bathroom in each room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and has dishwashers. Breakfast was good. House keeping staff was very nice!

Booking.com booked me a double room for $309.35. When I arrived the room wasn't available so Residence inn gave me a single room valued $135 less than booking.com charged me. After a month of trying booking.com has yet to credit my debit card the difference.

The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.
