I booked a room with a separate king size bedroom but when I got to my room it was actually 2 queen size. When I went back down to the front desk, they said they were sorry they did not inform me that I was not getting what I booked but they did not have any King size suites with separate bedroom and that they had over booked the King size rooms. The front desk staff stated that they tend to over book these rooms. I was offered to switch to a king size open suite but I preferred to have a separate bedroom away from the living/kitchen area.

I liked that my room was at the location of the training that I was there to attend. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was fairly good, but the same every day. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

There was a piece of hair on one pillow. I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk (either by room phone or by calling the hotel by my cellphone) after 10 pm.

The variety of room options to accommodate my family. Lots of breakfast options! Great pool! Loved the kitchen addition!

First thing when I walked into the room, was a weird food smell. I opened the sliding door (no balcony, but there's a balcony door with a rail on the outside of the window) and the windows in the bedroom (which could only open 2-3 inches because they put a guard on it), and it still smelled the next day. I also got a room with a pull-out bed, and there was no bedding to make up the bed, so someone brought some to the room for us. When I made the bed up, my daughter said she couldn't sleep on it because it was so lumpy. I ended up putting the pull-out back into a couch and she slept on it that way. The wallpaper in the bathroom was looking pretty bad by the showerhead and the corners in the bathroom were gross, there was also some kind of sand or dirt or something on the bathroom floor, so it was definitely NOT clean. Our TV remotes were also in little clear bags, which I thought was odd. The pool was okay, but the hot tub is permanantley closed, and that was a bummer.

I needed a room for the night so my daughter could get on an early flight. The hotel lobby was nice and clean and the staff was helpful at check-in. The hotel is big, so he told me which door to park by and how to get to my room, which I appreciated. The breakfast was pretty good; nothing spectacular, but a decent variety for a hotel breakfast.
