The reception staff could have been better. I arrived around 10 pm and the guy at the reception desk was not a man of many words. I was wondering why he asked whether I came by car -- which I responded by yes. This is a suburban location -- every one would come by car. The lot was packed and it was difficult to even find a spot. Then in the morning I received an email with an extra charge of $12 for parking. When I called the reception the person was quick to tell me that it was on the website -- but I booked with booking.com. At the very least the evening person could have told me. It's essentially a hidden fee to make the place appear more economical than it really is.
It's was a comfy room and the breakfast was good. The sheets were clean and the shower was hot. No complaints here.

The pull-out mattress on the sofa bed was awful, the worst I’ve ever seen. It was incredibly thin, you could feel the support bars underneath, the springs on it were poking out. The pillows were clearly well used, flat as pancakes, I went out and purchased my own so that I could sleep. I requested a vacuum for the room, it never arrived.
Staff was incredibly friendly, specifically day Stephen and night Stephen, as were the guests that we interacted with. The breakfast had a good selection, the bagels were AMAZING. The room was big, it was clean, and well stocked. The kitchen area was clean and the cookware provided looked brand new.

Bit more half and half and sugar should be left - it was so limited for tea / coffee in the room. Breakfast was very good except for scrambled eggs

When i booked it read 530sq ft but it didnt seem like it plua the door was open and unable to close for the boiler area. Was charged for parking🤔 No fireplace was on the 1st floor living area.

Having been hit with a $12. per day parking fee!
Had breakfast only once in 3 days. Eggs, sausage patties were cold except for freshly made waffles.

I had a room that connect to another room which was a little weird. The breakfast starting time wasn’t accurate, they were 30 minutes late on one day.
The property was clean, rooms were design like an apartment, and the bed/pillows super soft. They have a lot of options for breakfast and there were healthy options. The breakfast area was very clean & neat.

The hot tub was not working for my stay, and I was very much looking forward to that. There was no bacon served on the menu. My daughter and myself do not eat sausage. The eggs did not taste very good in quality. The fire pit section was not going. I understand the grill was shut down for the season until it opens, but the fire pit should have been going with the very decent temperatures plus it’s a fire pit. It should be used in spring and fall
The location was beautiful very close to everything that I needed to get to family wise. My daughter and myself had a very comfortable stay, and I love the feeling of the bed.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Food selection was limited, and very unhealthy. Not sufficient fruit variety. The food area is very small and got easily crowded if only 5 people were there at the same time.
The room was excellent, comfortable and spacious.
