Location was 5mins from the airport. Shuttle every 15mins was great. Front desk was very pleasant and helped us with early check in and late check out.

The staff were dismissive when I had a problem they kept telling me I was wrong until eventually they accepted I was right. Very bad customer service to dismiss a customer like that.

I was charged by the hotel double saying my credit card did not go through. I paid on the counter after arrival . but when I went to room, found that booking. Com has already received my full payment. I am still struggling how to get my double payment back. Can hotel management coordinate it with booking.com?

We arrived at night asked we would could eat, they only advised of things that would benefit the company instead of the consumer which I understand. We should of just looked up different places that were near by. You can walked to the gas station and there are two restaurants right out the entrance. The store they have is extremely expensive. We also had an issue with our room, when I took a bath the water came through the bottom and the whole bathroom was wet on the floor. They only provided 50.00 off and advised that they would get us another room. I kept asking for the room and they advised they were booked. Call the reservation hotline and they advised they had the availability when I acted as though I was placing a new reservation. A day before we left I was able to get another room, but why put a paying consumer through all that. Everything else was okay.

That it was close to the airport and that they provided shuttle service.

The staff were wonderful and the free breakfast was elaborate and well stocked with everything you could want. The room was plenty big for four of us and a dog! The shuttle from the airport ran every 15 minutes so we barely had to wait at all. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Room was a bit dated, but functional.

Location, very close to the airport, perfect for ending our vacation. We did not have the chance to use the kitchen, but it was very complete and furnished. Breakfast was simple, but good.

Breakfast options and daily variety were limited, room door was left ajar one day by cleaner, hotel did not confirm if it was reported to housekeeping, security risk, busy roadways outside hotel impedes walkability in the area, no evening entertainment in hotel, showerhead needed to be checked due to excess water sprays.

On our second morning, we came down for breakfast a few minutes before 10am and breakfast was over. The door was closed and no one offered to accommodate us even though it was not yet 10am. This was disappointing because we were checking out and looking forward to having breakfast before leaving.

At check we had an issue.. Went up to the assigned room open the door only to find a guess already in the room. In these day and age with everything going on this was a serious safety issue

We had nachos at the Marriott airport and although they were delicious they were lukewarm like they had been sitting there for awhile. Same applies to the breakfast. The coffee was not good at all.
