The 250 deposit is ridiculous and high and I still have not got my deposit back yet

Could be a little bit cleaner. Not noticeably dirty just didn’t feel that clean. And since it’s on the older side, I could hear the people upstairs walking around. One out of the two EV stations down.

Proximity to convention center can’t be beat. Has EV charging. Was pleasantly surprised because some of the recent reviews have been quite poor but I enjoyed my stay. Decently clean, lots of space, friendly staff, and good continental breakfast.

The free breakfast could have had better protein choices. There were pictures of bacon, yet no bacon. Otherwise, the food was just ok.

I didn't like that there was no spatular. There was only 2 forks, 2 spoons and 4 butter knives. The pots and pans were horrible, everything stuck and burned in them. The pillows were horrible, not comfortable at all. The floors are very creaky, far as the ceiling, because the people above us were walking and you could hear very well.

The bathroom was nice and spacious. the kitchen was nice. The bed was firm not too hard.

The property is abit dated so the front door was sometimes difficult to open and the plumbing fixtures were also worn and had snall issues but overall a great stay for us… the battery in the smoke akarm started beeping to indicate a liw battery and maintence had it replaced in a matter of minutes after i reported it.

All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect…. Right across the steet!

While it's clear the main building is updated, they could do some more to update the rooms. While it had a modern TV and we had no problem with the WiFi on site, the rooms looked a little dated. They reminded me of a house from the early 90's.

The Breakfast was good each day we were there. The Staff was always helpful whenever we needed them, and checking-in and out was quick and simple. An internet-enabled TV as also a nice plus. Not much to complain about.

Needs renovations, updates, carpet removed. Carpet was dirty. First room, lamp did not work and room was musty. 2nd room, light over kitchen sink did not work, D/W leaked a lot and kitchen sink as well. Ceiling fan filthy :(

Free hot breakfast , large Penthouse room, full kitchens , staff really nice too. AC unit worked great.

The inside of the penthouse was not very clean. The furniture was ran down with what seemed to be food spots on it , the penthouse was not ready at check in and the carpets in the penthouse seriously need to be cleaned. Also there are not enough sheets or towels to accommodate the entire hotel.

The facilities were good for a family trip and the price for their penthouse (2-bedroom suite) was a steal.

the internet wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv. the tv had so many glitches the closet sliding door was broken so I didn’t want to touch the closet . the jacuzzi was out order. they should let people know that some amenities aren’t available before we make a booking

Call and make sure they have supplies lkke toilet paper, extra blankets, towels, that their pool gets cleaned daily and that they have a working hot tub.

during booking the add showed breakfast included however morning of checkout there was no breakfast, when inquired with staff they were extremely rude. This is false advertisement!!!

The residents above were very loud. I am unsure what they were doing, but they were walking around above us for about 2 hours straight when we were trying to sleep. There were also mosquito's in our room. The breakfast was okay for what was served. Understandable due to the Covid-19 virus. I was also unable to call the front desk from our room. Unsure why, but it said not available on the phone.

The location was great for the venue we were there for. I loved the full refrigerator.

exterior of buildings needs some maintenance- trash bags laying around property- but picked up by next day. lots of smokers standing outside rooms- both cigarettes and other substances-

nice & comfortable even though a little old, your very own private apartment. Didn't understand past poor reviews. breakfast was hot alright but not a traditional breakfast with fried eggs. breakfast replenishing was poor. great front desk staff. definitely book there again
