The view from our room was amazing. 10th floor suite can't beat it. The location could not have been better. Our Girls Night trip was everything and more by staying here.

The continental breakfast is a bit small but it has the waffle maker machines (which we always love); it's enough to fill your stomach until you have lunch. The entrance to the parking garage is a challenge, and when we were there the garage's elevator wasn't working which sucked when it came to lugging our stuff down the stairs from the fourth level. Also, one of the hotel elevator doors was excruciatingly slow to close... it took as long to close as it took to take the ride up to the 12th floor.

It's a very nice hotel. Our room was surprisingly large; I didn't realize I'd reserved a suite with two separate bedrooms! It was perfect for us... my wife and I stayed in one room and my two daughters stayed in the second room. It really was like a small 2-bedroom apartment. The entire place is very clean, with a friendly and accommodatingly helpful staff.

I have no complaints about this property.

I like how it’s was close to the convention center. This location was perfect. The room had a little kitchenette which was very convenient for me so I can cook and not have to go out as much to eat. The staff there was very very helpful and friendly and very patient when I asked them a lot of questions. I also liked how they had the complementary breakfast.

The bed wasn't comfortable, not bad but it should be better for sure. We requested hand soap, but it took several hours and three requests to receive it.

The location, amenities, parking, and overall experience were excellent, except for the issues listed below. I loved the full-size refrigerator! Elevators were fast, and we didn't have to wait a lot to get into our room like on many hotels on a busy weekend - CIM weekend

Everything was fine. Suites are nice for an extended stay but a little too pricey if you are staying longer than a day or two.

Close to where we needed to be. Could walk to everything. Building is nice and secure. Bed was very comfortable.

No complaints about the property. This part of the city was dirty and stinky. The city should do better to clean up their streets and sidewalks.

I wish the garage was closer to the hotel but that is not the staffs fault. Stay was exceptional would go again!

Staff and service was exceptional. They were very friendly and made things easy and smooth! I loved how much effort they put in to make sure that patrons were welcomed at all times. They even send you a follow up email and a thank you note at the end of the stay. I also loved the complimentary breakfast! To all the front desk staff, you all rock especially Ms.Stephanie!

Would prefer bathroom sink to be separate from room, but was ok. Toilet closet/shower area could use a fan. Bed was very hard! Breakfast included in room rate but nothing special so visited restaurant across the street instead, Cafeteria 15L, amazing food!

Location was beautiful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and secured parking lot appreciated for minimal cost. Lobby pleasant and smelled amazing. Lounge/bar area pleasant, bartenders social and helpful in recommending drink options. Room- separate living area very comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. Partial view of the capitol. Room staff super nice and pleasant - floor 9.

I noticed the restaurant was usually closed so it would've been great to grab a quick drink or food. Water was also $3 so it would have been nice to have that complimentary since naturally with the location i'd be walking around a bit.

Great location in downtown Sac. The lobby was spacious and had lots of seating areas - i could run upstairs and friends could wait down there. There is also a bar next door called Mix that was an easy activity. Studio room was spacious and comfortable. So glad I booked this over a standard room!

I was in room 1101. A constant annoyance was someone constantly going in and out of the door directly behind my room at end of hall. Not sure if a guest, or an employee. All hours after 6pm- thru the night. door slammed everytime.

The location was within a block of my 2 day conference that was great!
