We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaFirst stay the couch cushions wore out too soft I sunk down 6 inches hsd to you the extra blanked under the cushions t o support meI have bad back and made my back hurt and the bathroom shower handel was so hard to turn we were afraid to turn it. Breakfast was like out of box no bacon first cook was rude first room had no microwave had to get on put in. first desk person sade the were out of stock and the could not get me one. Then all of a sudden Shazam a mantinist man appeared with a brand new one figure that!

It’s time for a face lift at this RI. My parents had to switch rooms because the fire sprinkler was leaking. This specific location is dated but still functional. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

At the second day,after my inquiry, they did the housekeeping but I found my daughter’and my contact containers were threw by the house keeper. I told the front desk ,he said he will told the manager. But till check out, I don’t get any response. By the way, the housekeeper can’t speak English The last point is, I forgot my face wash in the room when I checked out. When I call the phone number of the inn, no response. I left message on Booking App, no reply either. The service can’t deserve the title’by Marriott’

The next morning we brought a lady from the office over to have a look at the total destruction of our room. She moved us immediately. The next room was better but the entire Residence Inn is in need of renovation.

United States of AmericaPaying for parking seemed odd for this area at $10 a night seemed excessive.
Room was huge. Almost full sized fridge with an ice maker. Had our dog and they were able to give us a ground floor room and right by and exit door. Due to Covid regulations they had just started a grab and go breakfast. Included a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. You could heat it up in your room. Orange juice box, muffin and fruit. There was coffee and tea in your room. Thank you Josh for making sure we got that ground floor room and by the exit door.
