Pay parking, pet cleaning fee? $150 a day is just too much…too many fees!

First stay the couch cushions wore out too soft I sunk down 6 inches hsd to you the extra blanked under the cushions t o support meI have bad back and made my back hurt and the bathroom shower handel was so hard to turn we were afraid to turn it. Breakfast was like out of box no bacon first cook was rude first room had no microwave had to get on put in. first desk person sade the were out of stock and the could not get me one. Then all of a sudden Shazam a mantinist man appeared with a brand new one figure that!

After staying in an updated RI, I felt that we paid too much to stay at this location

It’s time for a face lift at this RI. My parents had to switch rooms because the fire sprinkler was leaking. This specific location is dated but still functional. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Shower in room 152 needs work. Breakfast was OK, but not outstanding. Someone was roaming hallways and knocking on doors one evening. Not having weekend maid service is a bummer

However they double charged me for my room. My husband booked through booking.com and he was charged. Then I was charged after my stay on the card they took for incidentals. So travelers beware!!!

I saw some photos that showed this property had a hot tub, but it didn’t.

Perfect for getting away, but still having the convenience of home appliances. I enjoyed the continental breakfast.

I spent four nights there. At The first day no housekeeping. At the second day,after my inquiry, they did the housekeeping but I found my daughter’and my contact containers were threw by the house keeper. I told the front desk ,he said he will told the manager. But till check out, I don’t get any response. By the way, the housekeeper can’t speak English The last point is, I forgot my face wash in the room when I checked out. When I call the phone number of the inn, no response. I left message on Booking App, no reply either. The service can’t deserve the title’by Marriott’

When we checked in we were very tired and didn't have the energy to complain about our lodging the 1st night. The next morning we brought a lady from the office over to have a look at the total destruction of our room. She moved us immediately. The next room was better but the entire Residence Inn is in need of renovation.

Horrid bed! I woke up in extreme back pain! That's after I fell asleep which I thought I wouldn't die to the noises! The bathroom fan is about to rattle off and please fix the wallpaper and tub!

Paying for parking seemed odd for this area at $10 a night seemed excessive.

Room was huge. Almost full sized fridge with an ice maker. Had our dog and they were able to give us a ground floor room and right by and exit door. Due to Covid regulations they had just started a grab and go breakfast. Included a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. You could heat it up in your room. Orange juice box, muffin and fruit. There was coffee and tea in your room. Thank you Josh for making sure we got that ground floor room and by the exit door.

Curtain torn, carpet frayed, drains VERY slow, LONG time to get hot water. A/C quit one night. Staff gave very little information without being questioned.
