I didn't realize that the property didn't have elevators, and there were steep stairs to my room. Thankfully, the lovely young lady at the front desk helped me with my bags.
The Staff was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, and the room was comfortable.

I did not realize how big the property was and got dropped off at the front desk. I had to do some walking to get to my room (nice walk) but could see if being a bit of issue for anyone not as mobile or in the snow. There are parking spaces around to drive to the rooms if you have a car though!
I liked that the room had a kitchen inside. I now know that if i am in the area for an extended stay I can bring food to not spend so much money on eating out! There was also a form in the room to fill out if you want groceries delivered to your room and cost would just be added to room which I thought was awesome. Felt homey.

The layout of multiple buildings was odd. As a solo female traveler, being placed at the back of the facility and with poor lighting, I was concerned a bit for safety. Also, there was no elevator and I was on the 2nd floor. Also, breakfast was bad. The hot food was unpalatable. No coffee was available the entire time I was there. And no one checked it.
Rooms were very spacious and clean. It was quiet.

Our door did not work properly. Got locked in and took 15 minutes to get into the room upon arrival since it was frozen shut and clearly not entered in quite some time in these climates.
Loved that they were little apartments. I felt like I could spend a long time in those rooms. The front desk attendant girl was very friendly.

Continental breakfast supposed to be served from 6:00 to 9:00 I got there at 8:00 and there was no scrambled eggs no bacon no sausage and no pancake mix for the waffles so I was really disappointed, that's the only reason why I booked this hotel is because of their continental breakfast

In the room I stayed in the kitchenette sink had water calcium crusting around it. The only thing for that or any other room/suite I say is to make sure that is being taken care of.
Breakfast was good, of course if you want to add salt pepper to the breakfast you can. Staff have been pleasant to speak to. The room was nice and cozy.

the outside really could use some work, the building numbers have duck tape holding them together and it just looks kind of crummy. I got this room for my friends visiting from out of town and I was honestly embarrassed I booked it. they said the room was nice enough.

One of the reasons for our trip was to escape the above 100 degree temperature and enjoy the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed on Friday and we could not swim.
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very pleasant and put forth an extra effort to ensure of it comfort. Brittany at the front desk was kind and patient and made us feel very welcome.

Grass needed cutting out side

way too crowded in such a small space. really couldn't get to anything at all given how crowded and disrespectful and ignorance of those people in the area that just had to fill their pockets and get to everything, so we went to a diner. that was a big disappointment.

When I got there around 5p they had to go check if my room was ready and the pool is closed til next year was not told that when I booked this back in June which was very disappointing.
Nice quiet area not far from restaurants and the mall. Brittney the front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and very professional.
