There was no housekeeping service. Our towels were changed once in 4 days. The toilet did not work properly and the shower leaked onto the floor.
The breakfast service was not available at the advertised time on several of the days we were there.

Expected more from this franchise. The rooms need to be updated. They need to get more lighting in the bathroom, new beds, and new appliances. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast !? The eggs were not fresh. not the usual scrambled. At least the weekend, they had waffles that you could make fresh. On Monday, not much was served except stale bread, bagels, and what seemed to be old reheated eggs. The franchise usually serves better food than this.
Pleasant staff. The room was spacious. Area was nice.

Seems trivial, but the $7 a night parking fee. Rooms were a bit dated.
A bit dated, but comfortable and had all we needed. Free breakfast was great and so convenient! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice state park close to hotel.

the bed was very firm. I prefer plush and the pool was under reservation. brought my swim suit for nothing. :(
I really liked the kitchenette and fulll size fridge so I did not have to take away all the time. the breakfast was good

The heater was a bit noisy. Didn't bother us much but could be bothersome for some.

Our room heat was broken. the nice engineer came twice and could get it restarted, but it wouldn’t stay on. and the dishwasher flooded, so we just hand washed. we left a day early.

Rooms need serious updating... furniture old, worn and peeling. No USB connections, dirty silverware in drawer, generally worn out nside. Seems like more attention and investment externally and in common areas than to the accommodations.

The check out time was at 12 and by 10:15-10:30 the cleaning lady came knocking by the door and i open the door she was with another guy and telling me i have to leave cuz its time…the way they talked to me I didn’t like it at all and they were snitching the head on the room looking around…very disrespectful

the first room the door wouldn’t open from the inside. I was stuck in the room and couldn’t get out until the front desk guy came and tried to use a tool to open the door. Then I was given a new room that smelled like an ashtray. Then the 3rd room was OK. I’m just glad I figured out that night and not in the morning when I had to be at meetings for work!!! I was offered no discounts. Will not stay there again.

It smelt like smoke and dogs indoor and outdoor. Not clean enough i.e. stains on walls, ceiling, microwave, and cabinets. There was either a lot of dirt or mold on bathroom light. Need to just clean a little better or pay more attention to details. In post Covid-19 people are looking to feel safe in a clean environment/room.
Very spacious, very comfortable and convenient. Nice lobby area. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The room cleanliness left something to be desired. The two wineglasses we used had to be thoroughly washed before use as they were coated with an unpleasant film. The bathroom was superficially clean but the corners the bathtub made with the floor at the faucet end were black and the inside of the floor near the door was obviously routinely missed when the floor was mopped. The bedlinens and towels etc. were fine. We didn't use anything else from the kitchen so can't comment on the rest of the contents.
We got a friendly welcome and an upgraded room. The room was spacious and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Blackout curtains were nice to avoid an early sunshine wakeup. Breakfast was okay, if a bit prepackaged.
