We received NO SERVICE on site from Vacasa. We had to travel 6 blocks to get the keys. The front desk at the site advised if we wanted anything we had to again travel 6 blocks to get: parking pass, TOWELS, POOL TOWELS, ANYTHING. At this location VACASA is a 0 for service . I would never recommend them in fact I would advise against using them. Zero service. They need a presence at this site and I am sure they know that. Thank god for the reps of other booking groups who helped us out.

Bathroom floor base needs to be replaced, bad with mold. Threshhold was torn up on entrance door. Toaster did not work and no one brought a new one. We had an upstairs bedroom with steep steps and I was not aware of it till we got in room. We are 78 and have problems with steps. Very unsatisfied with room. Last year we had everything on one floor. Was much better.

Had to pick up a key at a different location, not at the lodge checking, not far though.

The unit has two floors. There is a bed on the second floor with a bathroom. I particularly liked a a skylight next to the bed. There is a couch on the first floor that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. a small balcony with a pool view. There is a parking spot (included) downstairs in the garage, very convenient if you have a car. We really liked the location, close to a lot of bars and restaurants. There is also a children's playroom right downstairs , on the creek side. Perfect. We dropped off the kids for a few hours and had some fun time across the creek.

It was very hard to find the reception desk and the front desk back at the River Mountain Lodge was not helpful at all. It would be way easier if I could just pick up the keys at the condo and not have to go somewhere else.

The location was great and the property was very nice. It was cozy and comfortable. It was great having a kitchen, laundry, and living space all in unit.

i did not like that we had to go across town to get keys to our place and that despite being a group of 6 we were given 2 room and keys and one parking spot. we were a group meeting in Breckenridge from multiple states and this had different cars. this was incredibly inconvenient and honestly poor logistics by the host company. i recommend offering a second parking spot for 5$ additional per day, and then providing keys at the actual location of the stay, which should not be difficult to do.

the place itself was great, and there was ski valet which was a huge plus.

Staff was not friendly, our room was not managed by the staff on site & they were not really overly welcoming or helpful. Had to go to a different building about a mile up the street for assistance, check out, check in.

Location, plenty of room for family of 5 - adequate beds & sleeping space. Separated bedroom. Quiet overall. Beautiful view out back windows & on deck.

Great central location to Breckenridge downtown area and ski-in. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Enjoyer the hot tubs and the ski valet. I had teenagers with me and they appreciated the second bedroom upstairs.

The picture on booking.com was deceptive. I thought we were getting the unit shown in the picture. The cleaning fee was outrageous. I would not have booked this except that I by passed the page showing the grand total and clicked purchase. Next time I will pay closer attention.

1. When I booked my room the booking.com-site had many pics of a condo I thought I was booking. turns out it was basically a glorified closet with two beds, a bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and a sink. the pictures were of a multi room condo with full size amenities. Very disappointing! basically, my room was part of a larger condo with a lockable door separating the two. this was not obvious in the listing. 2. After taking a shower in my room and sitting on the bed half naked, I heard someone trying to open the door that leads to the hallway. I figured they had the wrong room and was not worried until the door opened and a man walked into my room. He saw me there, said “oops”, closed the door and left. They didn’t knock or identify themselves as property staff. I had thousands of dollars worth of computers and camera equipment in my room and there is someone I don’t know who has keycard access to my room. So, now I’m afraid to leave the room bc I could get robbed and afraid to stay there bc someone I don’t know has access. I called the property management company, explained everything, and they moved me to a different complex. But what keeps running through my head is what if I was not in the room when this happened? I would have had no idea that others, who are not staff, could enter my room at anytime. Even with all this they still got my money, never again! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE!!!

River Mountain lodge did not treat us like a customer's they treated us like we were trash and did not help questions did not have enough towels told us to use the same ones for the whole stay was not impressed by the staff.

I didn't like having to pick up and drop off the key a the place across the street from the Blue Moose diner. That was not about the lodge but how we booked the property. Other than that, the lodge was great; very convenient and really nice people working there.
