Their restaurant. Over priced, over charged and 20 min wait increments drinks wait 20 min then order 20 min food then at this point you're just standing at the front to pay your overpriced bill that was overcharged and charged for water. Food okay, staff seemed to lack any experience in a restaurant, ignored new people coming in and several people came in and left.

Staff was friendly didn’t know much English but they did the best to make sure they got use what we needed. My kids left our room door wide open by a mistake. We left at 7:30pm and didn’t return until 12 mid night and the door was still open. Our belongings were where we left them and nothing was touched there are cameras all around the property. I would definitely visit this property again!😄

So this place was good but it could be great if they did a few things differently. 1) get a cook top for the kitchenette. They are like $25 at Walmart but completely enhance the experience for your guests. 2) if you aren't going to offer room cleaning daily unless called for in advance please for the love of God leave some cleaning supplies in the room for guests to use. After day 3 with no way to sweep the floor up or paper towels to wipe down the kitchen table or counter tops things got dirty and unpleasant. Having access to a broom and dust pan, small bottle of dish soap, and a roll of paper towels would have been a huge help.

The waterpark was really nice and well kept, it really is as nice as the pictures and my kids absolutely loved both the pool and waterpark. They have a nice little bar open for parents and music playing during the day. It's a really fun atmosphere. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. We got a family suite with bunk beds for the kids and a nice deck to sit on facing the waterpark. It was nice to sit out at night or in the morning to have coffee. I had done some research before we went and knew ahead of time that the suite had a kitchen set up with a full size fridge but no cook top so I brought my electric skillet from home so we could have meals in room to save money. It was a huge help and would absolutely do that again.

The hot tub was dirty . The button that starts the bubbles had brown crust around it . I had to make a trip to the store to buy cleaning supplies so that I could clean the tub before using it .

It was affordable and the beds were comfy. The water park was great.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t much in the pantry to choose form . I didn’t like that we couldn’t walk around near night time with the kids because of older crowds smoking weed and drinking , so didn’t feel safe or ok to walk around with my kids . Hated that it smelled like weed every other room and no one stopped it . There are kids around and can’t take them out of the room at night because of the smell .

I liked that there was plenty for the kids to do , they had an arcade , movie theater , water park , little rooms for younger kids 5 and under to play . They have a late night pantry .

Even though I did see several people cleaning pressure washing . There were roaches in the room I informed front desk. Never received an apology . All she said was what time can we spray ? When I was being checked in Thursday night the front desk was yelling at a few kids because they came in and she just finished mopping .

The Waterpark is convenient my kids played from 10am-7pm… They also have cabanas for rent for $30 to try to escape the sun when needed!

I’m not so sure about the heated pool part, it was 70 outside and the pool felt way colder than that. Random and sketchy people walking around the lots but nothing happened.

I didn't like that most of the hotel was under renovation, so a lot was unavailable, like the movie theater and the restaurant. My room phone did not work at all. I did not like that there was no ice machine. I had to walk to the lobby to pick up ice bags. I did not like that the hot tub was in the water park area, so we couldn't use it unless if the water park was open.

I liked how great the staff is. I like how clean everything was. The water park was available to you with your reservation. I liked that we had cable and wifi. I liked the soaps and lotion that were available in the room they were very good quality. I liked that they had an arcade. I liked that the pool was cleaned and well kept. I liked that they had towels available in the lobby and the water park area.I also liked that they had a park for the kids to play in.

Bunk beds was not comfortable. Kids didn’t like them at all. The main reason for staying there was for the water slides and they was closed the whole time due to some pump.

I didnt like when i order pizza i had to carry it back because the staff didnt know it wasn't cooked.Food there after that was a no. I didnt like that the room wasnt precheck firstly before we check in to make sure everything was in place.The fridge was missing a piece to the bottom of the door so I couldnt place as much drinks as I wanted. Please fix the playground area and add swings please.They are renovating so clearing they are trying to fix up the place so I really cant knock them for anything else.

I love that there was a water park on premises and it had a pool. I love that there was a game room but five dollars dont get you much play lol. The play ground once upgrade would of been a plus. I would try again once the place is done renovations.
