Recently remodeled and very well thought out design, open air entrances to the rooms, very clean, easy to walk to parks and manatee sights, some construction but they are thoughtful about its timing to not interfere with guests rest

Nothing in particular we did not like. We had a small issue with the toilet clogged up ( rather common for the US toilet system ) that was resolved immediately by a very efficient member of staff

Walked everywhere, bakery items left in our room each day were yummy, bed was comfy, loved our little private courtyard, breakfast was yummy, you could get hot tea, coffee anytime.

Wished we could have stayed longer!

Everything about the Retreat was perfect.. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms and the entire property were gorgeous. We enjoyed the seating area outside of our rooms while having coffee in the mornings and while unwinding in the afternoons. The Retreat is walking distance from the downtown area which has shopping and restaurants. We lucked up and got to attend the "First Friday" event in Crystal River. Loved the small town atmosphere. We felt safe walking and KIngs Bay is just behind the property.

The family room was spacious and super clean. The shower was amazing. Special warm croissants in the evening were a lovely touch. The location is ideal, walkable to shops and restaurants.

It was a very nice quiet place to stay. The rooms were very spacious, had a small table in it, refrigerator and nice size freezer for a small refrigerator. the shower fixture was really nice with multiple heads. I loved the walk in showers with no curb. The resort having a few snacks and beverages of coffee, tea and cappuccino was very nice also. Cleaning staff, office staff and the owner were also very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and a short walk to Kings Bay on Crystal River. If I had anything to be added it would be an ice machine that made cubes. There is no doubt it will be the first place to consider and stay if we return to Crystal River.

The only thing we found odd was the large sink size. We liked there being a separate sink from the toilet area, but it was a bit odd and cumbersome due to the size. That's a personal preference though and it really worked out fine!

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the two of us. The location was great as we could walk to most of the locations we wanted to go!
