The beautiful history of the Ringling Brothers was present in every room as well as the well kept details of the original house itself. The main couple hosting us was also very kind, friendly, and helpful! The house was very clean. Such a fun, unique way to spend a weekend.

Julie and Stu's were very communicative before my stay and flexible in allowing me to check in late. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had all of the amenities. Breakfast was really nice; each morning, there was a hot item, a pastry, yogurt, assorted fruits, and juice, tea, coffee, or water. The hot items were really great, as was the coffee! Highly recommend staying at Julie and Stu's B&B :)

The air conditioning was really loud and the temperature was inconsistent, however we were grateful for the air conditioning considering the houses age.

Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful, we so enjoyed the lovely porch. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the house and city.

No elevator. Had I thought about it, I should have asked and could have planned better. One of the owners did transport my bag down in the morning but wasn’t happy about it even though I tipped him well.

I liked the historical feeling of the home. The owner has furnished it as authentic as possible and gives a lovely tour of the home following breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, served at my own little table. Fortunate for me, the rest of the guests that night were very social and we were able to strike up a lively conversation.

Of course when we stayed, the temperature was 100 degrees unfortunately, the portable AC wasn't keeping up. I didn't ask if they had fans, but that would have been nice to keep the room cooler.

Historic aspect amazing as well as location. Tour and history of Mansion very informative. Also, breakfast was amazing

    Absolutely nothing.

Ringling House totally exceeded my expectations, after staying for a week in a standard hotel, Ringling house was a fabulous change of pace, taste and comfort. I booked the Charles and Edith room with the four poster bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. The decor is amazing and the atmosphere of this house exudes so much history. I knew nothing of the Ringling brothers and the circus history, but learnt so much about them from the host, Julie, and also the circus museum in town. The sitting room and the library were peaceful havens for sitting and reading, and Julie presented delicious breakfasts and chats each morning. There is ample parking at the back of the property, and you can easily walk into town if you fancy partaking of the local eateries. Julie was very knowledgable about the area and its history and was such a great host. If I return to Baraboo, I will be staying here.
