The floor was dirty, crumbs and sand. Beds were hard. Bathroom door the laminate was half peeled off. Our door latch did not work and would not stay shut unless extra lock used. So when we left to return later, the door would not stay closed.

It was easy to get to from the highway and close to gas and food.

The slamming of the doors all night, no sheets were on the bed. Looked like the dirty ones were shoved in the seat next to the TV. The a/c didn’t work.

I didn't like that someone that doesn't work at days inn was behind the counter pretending to be and employee and I paid them for my room and the money never posted on my account so I had to pay again! I paid almost 300.00 for 3 nights when it was supposed to been just 133.34 or something like that. I don't think I'll be staying at days inn in rocky mount anymore if they just let anybody wait on customers and then take their money. I didn't even get a receipt that showed proof I paid. The girl said she was new and didn't know how to print me a copy. She was well dressed and seemed legit because she's behind the counter! But never again will I let that happen to me. Never again. I also had problems getting a room that had a microwave and refrigerator even after I let it be known that I had an infant with me and I need to warm his milk.

I liked having somewhere to stay.

The bath towels were Super Old and thin. You could tell they were washed a million times and some still had black stains. The toilet wouldn't flush properly-sometimes you had to wait a while for the toilet tank to fill to fully flush uggh...the knob on the bathroom sink came iff in our hands when trying to adjust the water temp, the tub had paint chipping on the floor of tub. I thought it was stains...TACKY...and the smell of the room was very very musty when you walked in from outside each time and Finally...their was all kinds of HAIR and dirt on the bathroom floor...mostly around the outside edge of tub..GROSS!! so we put towels all on the bathroom floor to walk in there and not throw up. It was for just 1 night so we dealt with it but we knew it was 'get what you pay for' but they need to reduce the cheap prices because Days Inn could do A lot better!...VACUUM THAT CRAP UP before each guess...check the toilets and GO TO WALMART and get better towels !

Strong smell of Marijuana and dirty

Hotel upstairs smelled like Marijuana. Rooms need work. Bed was comfortable but it's outdated

The hotel has had bed bugs. We found dead ones on the sheets. The sheets were also stained or had cigarette burns. The hotelbhas a grade B rating for sanitation. They have alot of remodeling going on which means alot of noise. The cleanliness of the hallways was lacking.

I liked the location of the facility. We did receive rooms close together. The staff was very friendly.

Three light bulbs in the bathroom, only one worked and it burnt out. Replaced with bulb from lamp. Fridge did not work. Piles of floor sweeping against two walls in the room. Outside trash cans were overflowing with trash on the ground. Bed was. Great!
