It's just a very very basic motel. Breakfast is mentioned on the website but there was nothing but coffee in the morning. There's no guest area to purchase items like soda, chips, candy or toothpaste and toothbrushes. There was a vending machine but it wasn't working. All in all it will do just fine if all your doing is stopping by for rest.

It's located in a calm and beautiful part of Utah

On the website it says breakfast included, but when we arrived a sign stated breakfast is currently cancelled. That was a bummer since we were leaving so early.

Easy to find and park. Price is great- arrived at 10:30 pm and left at 6:30 am. Good value for a place to sleep.

They don't start their breakfast until 7AM. Most people staying there are travelers just looking for a place to get a nights sleep before continuing their journey the next morning. If you want to get an early start you're going to miss out on the breakfast

Plenty of parking for car and trailer. Clean and comfortable. Worked out good for one night stay while traveling and much less expensive than staying in Moab.

No elevator (for people with recent knee surgery the stairs were a little difficult would be nice to note that on website) Breakfast…. we decided to go elsewhere. The young lady who checked us in was beyond rude! When I came in said hello I have a reservation. She snarled at me and it went down from there. She did however give us a nice room at the top of the stairs.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable the room was quite

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. When I arrived no one was available and I called out, "Hello!" several times. When the woman finally arrived she reprimanded me for not using the bell that was on the desk. I did not see the bell because the counter was cluttered with many items. There was no breakfast or swimming pool available. When I entered the hotel, I thought it was abandoned, there was no life to the lobby.

The owner was a little crabby, but maybe I would be too if I lived there and had to deal crabby tourists. The walls are thin! Especially around the plumbing area: someone turns on the water in the middle of the night and you'll get woke up. I requested the 'quietest room possible' but could definitely hear my neighbors. There weren't that many of us staying here (over xmas) but we all got stacked on top of each other, on the side facing the highway. Thankfully no one was a big tv blaster. Wifi was a little slow: sometimes videos paused.

Location to the Needles District of Canyonlands NP was why I came there. The bed was comfy. And the reading chair. Good hot water for tea in the morning. It's on the edge of town, but in good weather you could walk to restuarants. Big rec: Try the thai restaurant in town! I got a decent rate for the time I was staying, over Xmas. Probably the best rate in town, and this motel better than at least the Canyonlands Motel.

Having been in a room that is in th front of the building next to the street was quite a bummer! Lights and big rigs heard all night. Will definitely be asking for accommodations in our next stay to be at the back of the building, might be quiter and less lights

Convenient location right as you pull into town from the Moab side. .
