Check-in and Check-out took approximately 10-15 minutes which seemed odd. Staff was pleasant however at check-in while there were having issues with something they tried to blame me for the slow down (having booked through a third party rather than with the hotel directly "this [delay] always happens with a third party booking." That was not especially welcoming. Also the pullout sofa did not have any sheets or pillows in the room. I found it strange to have to ask for them. I also found two bugs in the bathroom. Also as lovely as the foyer, breakfast area and lounge were, there were just so, so many flies. Lastly in our room, the shelves in the cupboards were bowing badly; we though they would collapse and so moved some of the glasses out.

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area/lounge was quite nice. However there were so many flies in the breakfast area (and no obvious concern from staff or traps). The hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. There's a small basketball court, and when my son asked for a basketball, they had one and let me borrow it. That was nice. The pool is not large, but we were the only ones there for an hour and our kids loved it.

Parking lot could use some attention. Large pot holes at entrance need repair. Would be nice to have shady areas out front with a bench to rest while walking your pet or to park your car under, as the parking lot is very hot.

Room was very comfortable. Beds were great. Shower was amazing and I liked the Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) provided. Full breakfast every morning with hot food, waffle bar, oatmeal bar, yogurt bar. Delicious! The out door area was nice with multiple areas to sit or gather. The nesting chairs were fun to hang out in. They welcomed my dog and even gave him treats. Great place to stay! Will stay there again.

The bed in our room was small...seemed to be a full not a queen or king.

I chose this hotel due to the close proximity to concert venue, Prairie Home Alliance Theater. We walked across the street and up 1 block to enter the venue. It was perfect! Also there are several restaurants within a couple of blocks. We chose the Neon Bison which was nice and had good food and only a block away. Also the room had a full kitchen which was nice to have and a couch. Bathroom was decent.

One of male cleaning persons made an excessive amount of noise each morning disposing of trash and vacuuming a nearby stairwell around 09:00 AM - woke me up when I was sleeping soundly.

We had a lot of fun. We chose this particular hotel because the website said it had a hot tub and a picture of the pool clearly showed a hot tub and pool. We were very disappointed to find the hot tub filled in with cement.

It look like the weight room equipment was in poor shape and broken. Need to fix the weight strengthening leg machine. Pool room was freezing which made getting in the cold pool even worse.

The Ladies that provided breakfast were very accommodating! Made some waffle for sports team as they had to leave early on Sat for games.

Itr advertised a hot tub. There was no hot tub. It said full breakfast and it wasnt ready on time. The food was unappetizing. We went to eat somewhere else.t

At the time we were there, they are renovating, so we didn’t have space in the lobby, everything was done outside.

I feel like at home when staying here. Internet is good, room is clean. Beside, there is a kitchen inside the suite. The location is 10 minutes away from Peoria International Airport. No traffic. Check-in time at the airport is very fast.

The hotel was under renovation. Booked a two double bedroom with a sofa sleeper. Found a dirty sock and screw from bed frame laying on the floor, and dirty silverware in the drawer upon first inspection of room. Seemed like things housekeeping shouldn't have missed. The hot tub was filled with cement. There was no propane for any of the grills.

Staff was very accommodating. When I brought the sock and screw to the receptionist, I stated I wasn't pleased with how things were starting out and that I hoped it didn't get worse. The manager offered to upgrade us, and we were able to spend the night in a more suitable room.

Hot tub was out of service. Under renovation. It will be very nice when it's done. Freezer had spilled ice cream and fridge had old food in it. Housekeeping was done with room upon check in.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices and food was good. Walking distance to the ball park. Amazing outside entertainment area. Definitely will visit again.

The hot tub was out of service and being removed, they did not send us any info and still advertised a hot tub online. The person checking us out didn't smile and didn't ask us how our stay was. I feel both are very important. The hot breakfast was very minimal and again the staff never smiled and weren't very friendly.

It was close to our venue, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very handy.

Renovation was in progress - the stairwells were unfinished, without carpet or lights on the lower floors. It made it very tough to climb the stairs, especially after dark. Hotel had implemented a wristband system for security, which reportedly was managed by the Fire Department, though I only ever saw FD personnel sitting in front of the tv in the breakfast room and my wristband was never checked. One of our towels had some sort of blue ink stain on it, though everything was clean.

Great location across from the Peoria Civic Center. Property is currently under renovations - our room had recently been renovated. It was clean, bright and had thoughtful touches like interesting art. The bathroom sink had a great light around the mirror. Pool was clean and front desk brought us extra towels when we noted pool towels had run out. Breakfast was good for the price - biscuits and gravy, eggs, + the usual continental breakfast fare like cereal and fruit.
