The hot tub was out of service and being removed, they did not send us any info and still advertised a hot tub online. The person checking us out didn't smile and didn't ask us how our stay was. I feel both are very important. The hot breakfast was very minimal and again the staff never smiled and weren't very friendly.

It was close to our venue, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very handy.

Hotel was in the middle of being remodeled and our room was mostly ok but ceiling had huge cracks in it and some of the drywall tape was dangling down. The bathroom was clean but worn out. I would’ve thought a one bed suite would come with a king bed and it was a queen size.

Furniture in room was old and damaged. The lites near the bed didn't work. My room didn't have lights near the sink/mirror just an overhead light so the bathroom was a little dark. The breakfast buffet had little food left at 7:30 AM

The evening staff was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my room. First room the fridge wasn't working. Second room the neighbors were Very Loud and slamming doors. The front desk associate apologized and moved me to a floor that had several open rooms. The breakfast was nice but at 7:30 AM there wasn't much food left.

We got there around 1:30am, they didn’t have the right room ready, the pull out bed was missing. They did give us another room, I don’t believe that room was fully cleaned. 1 of the pillows had a spot on it, the room smelled like fry fish, the pull out bed was nasty with a big stain on the mattress, nuts on the side on the bed, too noisy. The housekeeping policy states light clean up, we never received one.

The breakfast would have been pleasant if it had been hot. But everything was just lukewarm. And the attendee had just brought the sausage out from the kitchen. And it was still not hot Also there was a person sleeping in the entrance to the dining area as we went in. She stayed there during the entire meal Not pleasant at all

It was a suite but not as big or as nice as some I have stayed in. After replacing the batteries the smoke alarm still chirped and dripping water in the kitchen sink and shower

The two different desk clerks were different to say the least not quite rude but almost. I woke up to feathers all over me because one of the pillows was leaking and I toss and turn in my sleep. My friends had to move rooms because the ceiling leaked, they got a room with 1 less bed and were not compensated as of yet.

It was pretty clean and easy getting there and even getting my room was fast checking in.

The place was way understaffed. I felt bad for the lady at check-in. There were probably 10 ppl in line..There was never any bottled water during the stay... the fire alarms went off for quite awhile. It wasn't awful but I wouldn't stay there again.. especially at that price. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the room either.

The location was good for what we needed. The rooms were pretty good.

I booked my reservation last winter, well in advance off booking.com. I was supposed to have 2 queen beds and was given a room with 1 queen bed and a pull put sofa. I immediately got on the customer chat line with Staybridge to explain the error. I was traveling with my 17 year old grandson so it was important that we had 2 beds. I was told they couldn't do anything at the moment so I would need to speak to someone upon arrival about getting us the proper room. I did so when we arrived only to be told there was nothing else available, very disappointing! Yes, the room had a sofa bed but it was unfit for anyone to sleep on! The springs were very hard with nothing to pad your body and the mattress was worn out and very dirty. As not to embarrass my 17 year old grandson, with grandma sleeping with him, I was given no choice but to try sleeping on the very small couch (I'm 66 years old so that wasn't working well). I then had to lay on the edge of the bed with my 6'2 grandson to try sleeping which was very awkward. We certainly didn't get what we paid for! At 4:30 in the afternoon, prior to going to our concert, we went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and sheet for the couch since there were no extras in the room. We were told they would bring them up shortly. Upon returning from our concert, they had brought only a sheet! When I showered the next morning, I decided to use the body wash provided in the shower, which I normally don't do only to find out, once I was wet, that all the containers were empty! The refrigerator was making very loud noises all night, not sure what that was all about but it was loud enough to keep us from getting much sleep. The overall hotel was nice but the room we stayed in needs some attention.

The location to the civic center was perfect for our needs.

I Didn't like how creepy the elevator was making noises. Also that when you request something like a blanket the it took over an hr to get so we didnt get to bed sooner.

I liked that I was welcomed by staff and the size of the room and it had a kitchen in it. And at breakfast time, the staff santized often.

I left a detailed note when I checked out (Because there was no one at the desk). The room needed a very deep cleaning and had some items that needed to be repaired. Sadly, I never received a call or confirmation that it would be addressed. My opinion and review would be higher if I had received a call or response of any kind.
