Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit too far outside Saratoga Springs so not really walkable.
Decent sized room. Everything worked in the room. Friendly staff.

Had an unkempt feel, aged and uncared for. One could see in its time might have been nicer, but in general needs better up keep especially on outside. Seemed like there were permanent boarders as well (a cat in a window).

Room could use some updating. Breakfast was very limited. Our room was freezing when we got to it. Room smelled musty.
The location was right off the exit. Parking was right outside our room

We stayed here unexpectedly due to a snowstorm causing a sudden change of plans. The owner was kind and helpful. The property was well clean & maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is very dated but we thought it was charming.

The room smelled upon arrival. The shower water ran brown when I turned it on. The sheets felt very stale, maybe even unwashed. The mouthwash was pre opened.
It was very close to the heart of town. The staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions. I felt safe. Parking was perfect, got a spot right in front of my room.

There's not much we didn't like but if I had to say something. Maybe having to go outside of the building to get breakfast but that's out of anyone's control. You can not really change that and it was not far away at all. So it's not a bad thing. It was all great.
It was great. The staff was very accommodating. The owners were so kind and I enjoyed the continental breakfast. We will definitely try and go again.

Value was outstanding! I needed a room to travel for work, and wi-fi, that's it. This place was clean and the staff were nice, but the price was phenomenal.

Cleaner pool and hot tub. Properly maintained gym equipment.
We had to change rooms because we unknowingly booked 2 twin beds. We upgraded to a suite and was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness. Didn't do the pool or the spa until the last day. I would have like for the pool & hot tub to be cleaner, as they were both beautiful facilities. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and not used. The steam room was fantastic. Spouse loved the Swedish massage. We'll be doing this again, and hoping for cleaner swimming facilities next time. Don't mind not using the gym. All and all it was a good weekend. Will be going back for my birthday and booking the spa in advance.

Really reasonable rates! Beds were comfortable and WiFi was fast enough for a business meeting online, so that was great too. Great value, would stay again for sure.

The room was very cold when we checked in - perhaps they could have turned the heat on in anticipation of our arrival.
While the dated decor (style/colors/art) is not our taste, everything was well maintained and clean. The beds/pillows are VERY comfortable. Our prepaid room was upgraded to a larger room prior to our arrival but they did not mention it so I questioned why we were not given the room we reserved. Breakfast was limited but the bagels were fresh and the hard-boiled eggs still warm. Coffee was decent.

The hot tub needs to be fixed. They took out the water cooler in the sauna changing area so there is nothing to drink.
The location is convenient to go to Saratoga Casino. Rooms are clean.

The bed was a bit firm and high. The TV dimmed when you turned the light out and had no way of correcting it. The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn't work all that well. The continental breakfast, well, let's just say we were not able to enjoy it as there were so many people in a very small area I actually accidentally stepped on someone toes. I got a granola bar and headed back to our room to make coffee.
We loved quiet and it being close to where we wanted to go. The pool was nice. And lounge chairs comfortable.
