United States of AmericaThe bed was hard as a rock. Bathroom was half updated. New toilet but shower old and moldy with pealing paint. Loveseat in room looked donated. No coffee maker and no creamer in the lobby for their coffee.

United States of AmericaWhen we first got to our room the bathroom window was left open and it was about 35 degrees so our room was freezing cold. As soon as I walked into the bathroom I noticed hair on the toilet and it didn’t seem that it was cleaned very well. The housekeeper pounded on our door at 11:02 as we were about to leave and was very rude however after explaining to the front desk why we took a little longer to leave she said she would talk to the employee about he behavior.

United States of AmericaNasty white stain on the couch cushions! Broken sink corner and bed covers super thin and no extra blankets. Super small pillows, like 1/2 the size of regular pillow on a king-sized bed. The bed ruffle was torn and hanging down. Smoke alarm covered with plastic bag!
It was cheap and the staff was nice! Bed sheets were clean! Shower water pressure was great!

United States of AmericaWe had no towels, hand towels or wash cloths. There was one bar of soap. The shower was filthy. The hairdryer was broken. I didn't realize that until it sucked my hair up into it. The whole thing literally had no screws to hold it together or protector screens.
The "breakfast" consisted of cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, and waffles. There was coffee...the half&half creamer was past the expiration date and lumpy. Not a great start to the morning!

United States of AmericaIt needed a night stand on both sides of each of the queen beds. There is no rubber mat for safety in the tub. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. There is no clock in the room. Heater was noisy and seemed like the air filters needed replaced.

United States of AmericaThere were few plug-in jacks, no clock, no bedside lamp, the couch was old and dilapidated, the wifi was spotty, the bathroom floor was sticky, the heater was inadequate and in need of repair leaving the room staying cool, when I picked up the coffee packages, a silverfish ran out from under them, and there was what looked like dried broken noodles in one of the clothes drawers.
It was easy to get to, it was reasonably quiet and the bed was comfortable
