Room size was great and comfort was good, love the ocean view. pool hot tub and beach was nice.

Great location within walking distance to numerous bars. Right on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (complimentry upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment) with amazing sea front views. The pool looked nice and big. Unfortunately, we didn't get to go in as we was there on business, and it rained at the weekend when we arrived, although there were a number of people in it during the week still when we returned from work. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed.. couldn't fault it. Will definitely go back in the future.

All the staff seemed like I was bothering them with any interactions. Sorry, but not the most friendly or accommodating.

As stated above the dryer in the unit was not very good.

Always a pleasure to stay at this location….My only complaint is I wish an oceanfront room would have been available…..plus the dryer in the unit needed to be serviced or cleaned….it didn’t dry well enough.

Elevator service was “challenged”. Walls are thin making lots of noice from outside the room.

Pool was not heated and this was a large reason why we stayed so essentially it was so cold we couldn’t use. The room was nice but would have appreciated a larger area for our suitcase which was big. We put two chairs together to hold. For 205 a night I guess we expected a little more

The mattresses could use an upgrade. After we bought a mattress topper they were ok for the week.

"Opportunities for improvement": Outside pool was cold. Dismissive ( bordering on rude) attitude of certain staff when asked why pool was blocked off for several hours one morning. Constant bright light on 6th (?) floor of south tower, it definitely detracts from the beautiful night sky. 7th floor washer broken-no signage. Dogs (resort is advertised as pet-free) No designated smoking area at pool ( Not great for folks with asthma...) The hot tub railing is not user-friendly.

Location, lication, location! Northeast facing room-glorious view of the ocean! Shuffleboard. Staff at front desk, tikibar, housekeeping, and maintenence are all friendly and great at customer service. Outside water aerobics. Automatic door openers! Didn't get bombarded by sales people!!!

Since all the amenities for my unit were in or accessed in the adjacent building, that made getting two little kids moving difficult. If you weren't at the main resort, you had a long haul back to the room if you forgot something.

.I liked the washer and dryer in the unit. The temperature was very comfortable. I liked being on the beach. The indoor pool was clean. My grandson liked the splash pad.

There was no housekeeping during our stay, we had to exchange towels at the front desk which was in another building, however the process was easy and quick. Housekeeping would have been an additional cost.

Room was very comfortable and clean, love that we have laundry facilities in our room. Pool area is very large and has putt putt, basketball court, shuffleboard and more!

Different people who worked there kept changing their minds on if you could have a drink in/by the pool, they sell drinks at the pool but then were trying to say you couldn’t drink it on the side of the pool, we’ve stayed here for over 20 years and never has there been this issue. They tried to say they would have to clean the pool but they didn’t clean the pool or hot tub at all for 3 days and they both had lots of hair!

Didnt like the gentleman who handled parking pass and roped me into a free breakfast and presentation. Was not told of presentation until I read the invitation he gave me the next morning. Alot of drinking around the pool is major turn-off for future visits as our vacations are focused on family. Sewer smell upon return from outings but that stuff happens.

This is our 3rd visit -Oceanside rooms and basketball court/outdoor activites is the the family amenities we love.
