I didn't like the plumbing and the towels was not as fluffy as I would like

But I didn't like was carpets could have been newer or at least cleaned well and the towels need to be more thick and more of them but I can understand trying to keep cost down.

Been trying to dispute this charge. I originally was supposed to stay a week due to my father being in the hospital but because he died a couple of hours after I arrived at the hotel I'm still charged.

The strong musty smell of the room. The bathroom window had no privacy covering.

Bathroom sink leaked on second day, but was quickly repaired. Very little hot water in shower first night, but was fine after that. There are no good values around Augusta during the Masters golf tournament.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was cleaned daily.

Window in bathroom was high, but you could look in from outside if you really tried. Run down on outside. Gas station must have been broken into across the street as you could not go into store after 11. We went to buy scotch tape to put paper towels on bathroom window so someone tall could not look in.

50s-60s cinder block that was not updated really. Seemed clean but not very comfortable. Check in at 4 pm was behind plate glass and I could not hear them. No attempt to interact with me--make me feel welcome. No breakfast. TV volume kept muting every 10 minutes or so and I could not figure out how to make it stop. Microwave plug did not reach so I had to pick it up and move it to use it. Towels were thin and like sandpaper. No shampoo! (Really?) TP was see-through.

Inexpensive and on the way. Beding seemed newer and was pretty comfy I guess.

There was no breakfast offered, there was mold in the bathroom & on the shower curtain.

The man was rude! The room didnt feel secure. The bathroom window opened to the outside, low enough someone could look in and possibly climb into.

The bed was comfortable and the ac was cold. Quiet property.

We were there for a weekend. The staff was a couple and the man was the main attendant. He was brief and unfriendly. I saw the wife once and she was nice. The place was behind an old run down closed auto dealership . The property was old and patched. It smelled very moldy/ musty initially, but the ac helped remedy this. Our bathroom door was warped and tattered, but painted to make it look better. It would not shut. The cold water in the sink would only come out in a trickle. The cup and soap holders were broken off. There were only two towels and two wash rags. There was one bar of soap for the sink and one bar for the shower that was broken in pieces. The toilet paper provided by the toilet was below half and was the thin cheap stuff although there was a replacement roll on the commode. However, we did get replacement towels for Saturday night. There were only two thin drinking cups provided for both days. I was glad there was a small clean refrigerator and microwave in our room. The beds were adequately comfortable. I went outside to empty my cooler and noticed two used mattresses stacked outside. I wondered about that. Our friends were in a different room on another side of the facility and said they had a lot of roaches. I did not see any in my room and we did have food. For the very low cost, I was not surprised. However, the reviews I read previous to booking were so good, I thought it was a price to attract people, so I did expect better.

Location was good and price was reasonable given the seasonal high for the week.

The parking lot situation on the side my room was on. There is a large part of the roof laying in front of some of the rooms and I had to park down the way a bit from my room.

It's was a quick & simple check in process and the property was clean and quiet even though it's under renovation. It's also in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel
