Please put coffee makers in the rooms! Having to go to all the way to the check in office for a cup of coffee in the morning was inconvenient and a hassle. I travel a LOT, this is the first room I've stayed in that didn't have a coffee maker. Rooms are also in need of luggage racks, there is no place to set suitcases except for on the desk. Even though it looked as though the rooms are freshly painted, some of the sitting chairs in the room are old, uncomfortable and need replacing. Mattress was too hard and certain things just looked thrown up on walls. The bathroom mirror and clothes rack on wall were hung extremely crooked, and the bathroom sink didn't have a drain plug, it was completely missing. There was no bathroom fan so I opened the small window to vent damp air while I was in the shower and noticed the windows have no screens. These rooms are far from sound proof, but for the price, I wasn't expecting that. Property needs a designated smoking area. Guests were smoking on walkways in front of rooms creating an unpleasant exit and entrance to room.

Price was exceptionally good, and the room was spacious and linens were clean. Check in was fast and easy and it was a good location for my needs this trip. Really liked having the larger refrigerator in room. Rooms have great water pressure in the showers and I enjoyed the waterfall shower head. The large TV and regular sized pillows on the bed was a pleasant discovery. Was able to walk across street to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse, which was fantastic. Property itself was in fairly good condition, well lighted at night and I felt safe there. Shout out to the Housekeeping staff, they were incredibly friendly and nice. WiFi worked well and I was able to conduct business via Zoom without any problems. I actually enjoyed listening to the trains at night, and appreciated the blackout curtains. Lighting inside room was good and A/C worked well.

We could hear our upstairs neighbours walk around and talk all night.

The receptionist was really nice and the bed was comfortable. We chose this motel as it was near the Grand Canyon so that we could visit it twice, but not that near that we had to take a detour on our road trip. Fortunately they could fulfill our request and accomodate us downstairs so that we didn't had to take our luggage upstairs. We also could park in front of our room. There was a Target, restaurants and diners nearby.

The bathroom shower was a little messy in the tiling but, the shower itself was hot and inviting.

the airco was Filthy! I am allergic to dust and had a hard time. Got a headache a sneezed a lot.

It was okay. the furniture in the room are random. The room was big. But room 201 had a weird smell. the staff was friendly.

The shower had a rainfall style shower head. Water falls straight down from the ceiling. I don't get into that style.
