Air conditioner was abit loud but was so tired we fell asleep eventually. Plus our room came with free continental breakfast and when we went to breakfast a lady asked for our breakfast ticket. We didn't have one. So I asked the front desk about our breakfast because we didn't receive any ticket when we checked in. We showed him our Booking.com reservations ( which said Free complimentary breakfast). He gave us our ticket, but this was very inconvenient and embarrassing.

We had a quite night and the room was clean.

Check-in staff were VERY unfriendly especially since we were staying for 3 nights; didn't mention anything about food options, cleaning, or lack of, during our stay, no "Please let us know if you need anything, etc." Really liked the liquid soap BUT all the shampoo, conditioner, etc were very manly scented with Warm Oak. NOT appropriate for women. A BIG concern with such a quality hotel as the Sheraton was the cleaning staff had dumped two separate piles of towels and sheets on the 5th floor in front of rooms for over 15 hours. There should be NO excuse for that.

Size of the room and it was a quiet room at the end of the hallway. Beautiful lobby.

The facility and location was the best part of the trip, and parking was free. The staff was pleasant upon approach, but not as helpful with service delivery. They do not anticipate or exceed customer expectations. Customers have to ask for wi-fi/gym access, book there own airport transport with a third party company. In addition, I had to request in person three times to have my room cleaned after it was skipped the day before. I only had my room cleaned 1 out of 4 nights after the hotel asked prior to check in and requesting daily cleaning.

Bathroom sink was dripping some water, not that bad, but there were some small amount of water on a floor when I woke up.

Breakfast was, considering the American breakfasts, good. Location is close to the airport, bicycling rent, gas stations, shopping mall. Room was quiet.

There is some miss communication between website and hotel. The booking said breakfast included. But I asked, they said only for 2. I have 2 kids with me, so total 4. They were nice enough to give me 4 breakfast. But, hope booking.com and Sheraton can work together To fix this breakfast issue.

This hotel is centrally located to everything I need, yet a little off the "beaten path" so it is very quiet. The rooms are suites, so when I have family visit they are not sitting in the middle of my "bedroom". The bed is comfortable I slept well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

the AC was not on when I got to the room and when I switched it on it was not cooling the rooms and only 1 ac in the room yet they are living room and bedroom

It wasn’t too clean. There were 2 flies in the room that we had no idea where they came from. The room smelt like smoke and the bed were uncomfortable.

The place was very calm. Great location everything was close by and close to the city. The staff was friendly.
