When we got to our room we noticed that the mirror head board had not been cleaned (it had dirty smudges and stuff on it)so we cleaned it! We called the desk bc we could not change the channel to the TV- the remote didn't work, the box that was supposed to be on the back of the TV was lying on the dresser only thing on TV was the news. We noticed that the toilet was a little wobble as well, just a few things but other than that it was clean, the bed was comfy and it's plus that there was more than one pillow for each of us and they were good pillows- fiance got a good nights sleep after our concert last night. I'm sure we will be back.

It was a big spacious king room with a spa, The hotel had a nice area when you walked in with the tables. The outside of the hotel is super big and we just love the way it looks.

The place was left in the 90's. It's outdated, and plenty of upgrades are needed. In our room, the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, and the corner of the hottub was missing tiles. When we returned after dinner, we tried to use the elevator to reach the second floor. The door was already opened. We entered the elevator and pushed the button, but nothing happened. We waited a couple of minutes and decided to get off before we got stuck on it if it decided to work. In the morning, I tried to take a shower before checking out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again when the water didn't get close to hot. Overall, if you are in a pinch for a place to stay it will work!

The rate was a good price for the room. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Plus, the location is great, surrounded by food and shopping.

There was a leak in the ceiling and water was dripping down into the bathroom in my room. Toilet and floor were wet. Almost slipped after I sat on the wet a** toilet seat.

Room was not ready at check in. 3pm is check in, finally got a room at 5pm, & room was not very clean. Dried old rose petals in random places, trash in garbage can, wet tub. Breakfast was not included. Disappointed

The sheets, pillow cases, and night stand were covered in grit that I had to wipe off before I could sleep. I'm not sure if it was sand, or something that fell from the textured ceiling. I couldn't get the TV to work either.

I was in town to celebrate St. Joseph's Day, a traditional Sicilian holiday. It seemed appropriate to stay in a hotel that embraced Italian culture. My room was large, as was the king size bed, and it came with a large jacuzzi bath (which I did not use). I was given a coupon for the hotel cafe, and I enjoyed a nice cappuccino and yogurt parfait for free. The young man at the front desk was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was convenient to the airport, restaurants, and the highway.

It is a peculiar type of over the top decor. The room needed a deep cleaning. There was a big old jacuzzi in the corner of the bedroom!

The price was right. The location was close to where we needed to be. Daily housekeeping was very good.

Two things that really matter when being away from home and that's 1) the bed you're sleeping on 2) wifi, so you can enjoy sharing your experience with loved ones or have a way to communicate without using roaming or phone data Unfortunately the bed was horrible, like sleeping on a pile of clothes. Lumpy and soft and the wifi kept cutting out or the hotel next store would override and keep suggesting that network.

It's legitimately like walking into a time capsule. It's definitely unique and wonderful in so many ways . Top of the list for concept hotels .The staff was really nice and the fish tank was amazing and clean.
