We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The Marriott has a modern and inviting look. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to sit and people watch or to meet up with friends. It was easy access to Riverwalk, and River Center. An easy walk to the Alamodome.

United StatesWhen visiting the restaurant for breakfast I asked if I could add a waffle to my breakfast tacos ala carte but was told this could not be done without purchasing an entire entree or switching or adding the $30 buffet menu to my order. I would have happily paid for a waffle by itself but couldn’t justify spending $30 just to add one to my order since it couldn’t be added to my plate for a more a reasonable amount. Not a big deal. Just confusing that something as simple as that couldn’t be done without the trouble involved.
Staff was friendly and quick. Rooms were clean and tidy as expected. Enjoyed central location on riverwalk

United StatesThere was nothing that I didn't like. AC units are machines and they do break, but it was rectified. I would suggest that they change the beds in the handicap accessible rooms. The beds are short for a tall person, a little hard and little too low to the floor.
The location was great; however, there was an AC problem. The manager was great with trying to rectify the situation. We do appreciate his promptness and concern about the guest at this hotel. The staff is so helpful. The manager is very professional and trustworthy. He did just what he promised ( to take care of the AC unit). Because of the manner in which the manager and staff took care of the business at hand, I will book again at this hotel. This is a clean hotel and I am OCD.

Marriott is ideal located within walking distance to all major San Antonio attractions. (Alamo, Tower of Americas, Riverwalk). Hotel is of high quality and excellent amenities. Marriott also provided two River boat tickets which was unexpected.
