To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe hotel should have issued or handed us a written copy of what we paid for especially when we checked out. Only our bank notify us of a little sum they charged without knowing for what it was. Also it is more pleasing if the hotel is accepting cash deposit.
Well, let’s talk of the location first. It is indeed accessible to many places in Manhattan. It’s just a short walk to 5th Avenue where you can find some of the attractions in New York. The breakfast was just ordinary with a limited choices of food. Anyway, it also served us who were always on the go.

United KingdomThe noise levels were too much at night, sounding as if we had the windows open! Maybe some double glazing would help? The breakfast could also cater for more dietary requirements ie dairy free as we found the selection to be quite limited.
The location was excellent and the hotel was finished to a lovely standard. The staff were all amazing and so friendly and welcoming every time you entered the building. They were also incredibly helpful with any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

South AfricaBreakfast is till 10:00 which I forgot, thought 11:00 so make sure your have an alarm on to remind you. Room was small but okay for my one night stay while in transit.
Great location, literally a walk away from Times Square and easy to get to via the underground train. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a coffee, tea and water station at reception which was handy for the cold winter nights. Lovely design of hotel, was a Japanese hotel which was pretty cool.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, which meant coming down to reception each time we wanted one. Would be better to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room
