There was nothing we disliked but thought it would have been nice to have a breakfast in the morning at the hotel.

The location was wonderful - quiet and peaceful. Beautiful setting right on the water. Room had everything we needed and super clean. Coffee was delivered to our room each morning.

Quiet, and grounds are well kept. Finding a fresh carafe of coffee at our room door each morning was a plus. The suite had all the amenities and was well kept. Could walk to some restaurants and the park. The beach was very relaxing.

Wonderful views, beautiful property with direct access to the Chesapeake Bay, and a small beach. Excellent snacks and discounts for local establishments, especially food. The manager's care and responsiveness were above and beyond.

We enjoyed our room, but felt it needed a little bit of airing out after the winter season. With the screened-in front porch, we had plenty of nice fresh air and after turning off the air conditioner, this helped us sleep comfortably without any mustiness. This is not to imply that it was moldy or unclean in anyway it was just opened up after a rainy week and cleanliness was tip top.

We loved our peaceful stay in Oxford. We loved the location and comfortable stay. Finding dinner nearby was great and enjoying the sunset were high points. We loved the relaxing lounge chairs and small beach area on site and that they provided coffee , tea, and breakfast snacks (although I wish something had been offered gluten-free). The welcome was great and a small tour of the property showed other amenities to make us feel at home. We only had a short stay but would certainly love to return. As we’ve been farewell, we hopped on the ferry with our car to the next town of Saint Michaels.

The resort is beautiful. The owners are very kind and give you a welcome bag with coffee and snacks. Resort is right on the water. Property is beautiful and charming. There are shops within walking distance. Wonderful stay!!

air conditioner was slightly loud but that's true in almost every hotel.

This place is right on the water, and we booked the room last minute. So quiet and comfortable, low key and easy to walk to several restaurants. We appreciated all the many details in making our stay comfortable....coffee and tea, snacks, the screened in porch looking out to the water which we could see with the sunrise from our comfy king sized bed. Lots of towels, maps provided , chairs out in the lawn by the water. In the middle of the night I was thinking that I wish I had an extra pillow, and that a fan would be useful since we had turned off the AC because it was so pleasant outside....low and behold, a quick look in the closet brought me both of these items so that when we extended our stay for a second night, we were beyond comfortable. The hosts of this inn really thought of absolutely everything...oh and did I mention the soaking tub?

Although the room was very clean there was a musty smell when we arrived by opening the outside door to the screened in porch made it tolerable. Possibly due to being near the water.
