Being over charged .. I have 3 x charges on my credit card account when I challenged this was fobbed of with the lady saying booking .com sometimes do this... my reasoning was this was the 9th hotel we had stayed at and the first one to do this .. at this date (8/31/25) still not dropped off.. not happy about this.

The place needs updating. One lampshade was broken and the sink was clogged. The free breakfast was limited and we only saw staff at check in.

The problem I had with the bathtub was stopped up would not drain or drained very very slow standing in ankle deep water, by the time i got through with a shower.

We booked room for 5 people but they only has 2 beds in the room, we have to pay extra $15 for a extra bed (uncomfortable hospital bed) - it says was 5 people on the reservation and didn’t have any information about have to pay. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was nasty. The breakfast it’s pretty simple, nothing special

I was rather disappointed by the state of the bathroom in my room, the tub looked awful and the shower head (made in China) would only face the wall, no matter what I tried to get it to move. The toilet handle was very loose and a little hard to flush. It randomly ran (LOUDLY) while I was there. I was also disappointed that when I asked where I could fill a water bottle was told they only have water for sale (how hard is it to offer a water cooler/fountain?) and then in the morning saw that water was available in the juice machine in the breakfast area. That would have been nice to know the night before.

I liked the variety offered at breakfast. There were two waffle machines so two waffles could be made at a time, decaf and regular coffee, breakfast sandwiches and gravy, multiple instant oatmeal options, juice, and cereal. The room was just the right size, there were plenty of towels/washcloths/hand towels, and the bed was comfortable.

The advertised Breakfast wasn’t particularly good. The Laundry - would have been helpful for a so traveller to have been able to buy 1 dose of detergent rather than being directed to Dollar General to buy way more than i needed

The room has been renovated but the TV stand is very used and the wrong type for the room. The Directv remote didn’t work. Front desk said they would come help fix it. Never came so my husband tracked down problem and fixed it.

Been there before, stayed for the jacuzzi.

Room was somewhat worn out, maintenance definitely needed. Door didn't fit the frame and let a lot of hallway light in. Outside door deadbolt didn't latch.

Breakfast was okay they wouldn't let us take it to our room. Pool was clean and nice. Staff was great. Location was good.

First night lady at front dest was not happy that our shower broke and was a bit rude but she moved us to another room.she went and looked herself ,but really seemed bothered.
