The shuttle was excellent and made our stay much more enjoyable. The shuttle was the main reason I chose this hotel to start with. I have recommended this hotel to other friends and explain how the shuttle helps you get around without driving your car.

Booking.com allowed the hotel to "hide" a mandatory resort fee that caused this hotel to appear less expensive than it really was. That may cause me to use alternatives to Booking.com in the future. Hotel did not allow us to check in before standard 4 PM time. One elevator had malfunctioned which was very inconvenient for an elderly couple (not us). Extremely narrow parking spaces for today's larger vehicles.

No mention of shuttle upon check in, barkeep that took over for Jeremy never addressed us for cocktails she was terrible her personality was not one that was welcoming at all on the lazy side. 600.00 a night is way over priced Santa Fe ridiculous taking in CA rates WHAT 3rd poorest paid state.

Over priced for sure! BIG shout out to Jeremy bar tender & Jesusa our Dinner service they made our stay wonderful if it wasn't for them I would have rated alot lower. Front desk 👎 No mention of a shuttle no directions to our room just bland service. We had brunch and dinner, brunch was not the best, dinner was very good ( the service made it )

Bed was not very comfortable. I appreciate that they do not offer water bottles in an effort to be more environmentally conscious, but it would have been nice to have more pitchers of water in the lobby area for self use.

Beautiful property and decor, friendly staff, modern bed and bathroom. The free shuttle service and noon checkout is excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Santa Fe! The location was perfect—so close to the Railyard and the Farmers Market that it felt like they were practically across the street. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and such a cozy place to unwind. The pool and jacuzzi were just what we needed, and the live music in the evenings made it feel extra special. One of our favorite perks was the free shuttle around town—it made getting everywhere so easy and stress-free. We felt completely taken care of here and can’t wait to book again!

I paid via booking.com and then there was extra charge at hotel, a “resort fee”. I did not like that. Hot tub was foamy, not useable.

The decorum, the soft cultural background music was nice.

Would have liked a bathtub in the room, the pillows were a bit musty smelling at first and the comforter had a few stains.

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was relatively quiet and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel and grounds are very attractive, clean and nicely kept.

They wanted to charge the resort fee at C/I even if it was prepaid via b.com, upon my complaint they noticed it. At C/O after I left they tried to charge the resort fee again, which led to a lengthy email conversation. Reception staff could get trained better to avoid such a hassle.

Beautiful rooms, convenient location, large parking area, great pool. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, food was great.
