We picked the location based on the outdoor space as we had been traveling around Arizona and New Mexico and wanted some down time before flying home. We enjoyed the location as it was quite and had a wonderful pool area and a pool size hot tub. It had wonderful areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors and soak up the warm sun. You also had access to the views of the mountains and the location to Old town, shopping, and food were nice as well to not have to get into all the traffic in the other areas.

I’m deeply disappointed with Booking.com’s customer service and lack of transparency regarding price matching. During my recent stay, I noticed that both their app and website showed a significantly lower price for the same room after I had already booked. Despite reaching out days prior, I was informed after check-in that they would not honor the price match policy. This left me overpaying by $50 compared to what I could have saved by booking directly with the hotel. Booking.com’s unwillingness to address this issue in a timely manner has eroded my trust in their platform. In the future, I will book directly with the hotel to avoid unnecessary costs and frustrating experiences. I hope Booking.com will reconsider its approach to customer service and price matching to retain loyal customers.

My family and I recently completed our second stay and once again, we were impressed by the outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and consistently pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s clear that this hotel values its guests and takes pride in exceptional service. The water pipe broke and we had to change rooms. This caused us to miss a tour at the Grand Canyon which really disappointing and we could not reschedule.

AC was creaky and loud. Toilet didn't feel secure and wobbled. Housekeeping skipped our room one day so didn't get the coffee refill supplies. Only one extra blanket for two beds

We had a very comfortable suite with separate living room and a nice patio. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The property is beautiful with multiple heated pools and hot tubs. Very convenient location.

We were guests for a week, and would have loved to have a kettle to boil water which we asked for but were told they didn't have one. I am not a coffee drinker so the keurig machine didnt work for me.

Staff at front bell desk were extremely helpful. Ready to assist with your luggage, drop you off at your room as it is a very large resort.

There was not anything that I didn't like However, a recommendation I have is that it would have been a nice touch if there were firepits on the villa patios. This is just a recommendation, not a bad review.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The staff was amazing, from the front desk, bell desk, and the staff in the on-site restaurants. The JD Lounge was our dinner spot. The lounge area with the firepits at night was gorgeous, especially with a happy hour drink in hand. I tried my first Bloody Mary in The Garden breakfast restaurant, and the food was very good. The shuttle service to Old Town Scottsdale was a nice amenity. The property was in the process of decorating for the Christmas Holiday, it really had a nice feeling. The hospitality of the entire resort was so nice that we booked again for next year, 2025. I also want to call out the front desk staff, Ciana and Roderick, and the bell desk gentleman Dan.Their personalities were awesome, and there were a lot of great laughs!

The wifi situation was overly complicated and frustrating at times. There was a separate wifi for the room and when we left the room and came back, we had to always put in the information again (email, name on booking...) to be able to connect to the wifi again. Then there was a separate wifi for the pool area. The safe in the room didn't work so well and on the second to last day it somehow stopped working so we couldn't lock it and therefore not use it. Made us uncomfortable. No response from management really and no compensation.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Two large and comfortable beds. Good location and beautiful grounds. Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Would recommend.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The resort is beautiful! Perfect location in the middle of everything. They provide shuttle services around the resort and a shuttle to Old Town, which is very convenient. The staff are super friendly, and there are options for food onsite.
