Customer Service skills for part time staff needs improvement. Furniture in living area can be updated. (We didn’t have pets with us, but the room would be perfect if you brought your pets). We did not have a dining area that was in our room description.

We liked the location. Kid friendly room.

ice machine was out of order. Kitchen chairs look nice but,in fact, are very hard. Cushions in chairs would be great but we'll just remember to bring our own.

quiet property despite many people,nice remodeled room with high ceiling and roomy. The beds were comfortable . We didn't use the shower so can't comment.

No daily room cleaning services. Kitchen had sparse supplies

We have stayed here multiple times, in the past, during Covid, the quality seemed to have gone down a bit. This day, we noticed the rooms were a lot cleaner and kept up. It also looked like they were doing some renovations as some of the rooms were being cleared out of old furniture. I am glad we came back after our previous experiences and we look forward to visiting again.

We went to the beach twice per day while in Pacific Grove. No outdoor water hose to rinse off dogs and our shoes. Price for dogs is crazy expensive.

Had to use a space heater because wall heater was not working, one room was warmer than the other. Hotel had construction going on and the workers started early. We bring our own bed toppers - beds aren't reallly that comfortable.

Room size and amenities was good. Had supplies needed for cooking in kitchen.

The property was fine but Booking.com mislead the accommodations. They showed photo of room with a table, two chairs and a kitchenette. None of which we had. I told the clerk and he told me it was a Booking.com issue. Very disappointed with Booking.com.

The dog area was just ok. The tv wasn’t working and we finally were finally able to get the cable hooked up properly. The office person couldn’t fix it.

Was on bottom floor and guests above were a bit noisy - could hear them going upsteps that our room wall was against.

Near town. Room was nice. Had some needed cooking utensils in kitchenette. Staff was friendly. Able to bring our dog - so we will stay again in future.

The mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom shower, because it allowed for handicap access with no curbing and the shower curtain was 3-4 inches above the floor, allowed the water to flow onto the floor saturating the floor mat and leaving the floor slippery.

The staff. All were very congenial. It was a quiet area.

The beds in our Junior Suite were pretty hard, and the Windows looked right onto the parking lot with cars pulling up could see in to our bedroom and sitting area.. We kept the curtains closed which made the room dark.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to Butterfly Grove, Los Pinos Lighthouse and Asilomar. We also walked into PG for breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful side streets. The room was very clean and staff very helpful.

There was no breakfast offered, though Pacific Grove had a number of good restaurants to go to. There was no designated closet or closet space to hang up clothes.

We were there Sunday evening so we could park 2 cars for free. They have a one car, one accomodation limitation. It was very quiet. There was no one above us since it was all on one level.

I had problems connecting to WiFi. The day we arrived I connected with no problem. That evening I could not connect but with TJ's diagnostic help and restarting the modem got connected. The next morning could not connect but that evening with the front desk help got connected. The next morning I could not connect again. Once we returned to my brother's house in Milpitas I have had no problem staying connected. Since I have no problem at my brother's house or mine in Canada I believe my laptop is not the problem. I appreciated the help I got from your staff in getting me temporarily connected.

Property itself was lovely. Shower was a wee bit too tiny.

Very pretty location walking didtance to the golf course, ocean and bay and town. Very near the little walk to the Monarch butterfly habitat. Very tiny room. Very tiny shower. ok for one night and no luggage. There is a lovely tree and firepit with chairs all around. Even a deer visited in the morning.

The morning of our exit the front desk was very unfriendly bordering on rude. Was uninterested in being helpful.

Front desk greeting was great and checking in was smooth. Good place and I would stay there again.
