Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesTV didn't offer much. The bathroom light also activated the fan. There was a table and chairs between the one bed and window.
The room was clean. The hotel shuttle from the airport that I thought was an amenity actually cost $. The breakfast was a complete joke. There was a noise component as the hotel is in the airport's flight path. But hey, it was clean, no bugs, and priced less than other motels in the area.

United StatesYou hold my deposit and when i checked in the front desk said it eould be returned next day. When i checked out next day you ssid you would send in 5-7 days. I am still waiting.
I liked the shuttle person was very courteous. I liked that even tho ice machine was broken the front desk had a few cubes of ice in a bag for me.

United StatesAlthough the facilities have been updated, for some reason they did not install plugs at the bedside table so you can charge your phones. Breakfast was minimal -- banana and a pre-packaged pastry, plus coffee and tea.
Friendly, efficient staff. Very pleasant little motel. Very clean and updated. Within walking distance to a few restaurants. Great shuttle service to and from the airport, which costs just a few dollars more.

United StatesThis hotel was definitely scary looking, and pretty rough. The staff was nice, and it was great there was a free airport shuttle. For the most part it wasn’t a bad stay for a night, and was fine to get through just a night and be near the airport. The place itself is definitely rough and could use some updates- including the lobby. It was also extremely loud, making it very difficult to sleep. I heard cars, police sirens, people talking right outside my door, and people stomping around upstairs constantly. It was pretty miserable because of that!
Free 24 hour airport shuttle Staff was friendly WiFi Microwave & fridge in rooms Desk Near airport!

United StatesBooking.com information is misleading. It says free shuttle from/ to the airport on the website. But when I arrived and called the hotel, I was told there is no shuttle after mid night. I have to call uber to get to the hotel. And the next morning I was asked to pay $7.5 to ride the shuttle yo the airport. It cost me $30 more total. Which is way more expensive than other hotel which is better and closer.

United KingdomThe first room we were assigned smelled so badly of smoke (for a non smoking property) that we had to be reassigned (staff done this no bother) The bed wasn’t overly comfy and if you’re over 5”6 you’ll need to bend down to get under the shower. It is a budget basic motel so don’t go in expecting luxury.
It was cheap and near the airport. You get what you pay for.

I like the price because everywhere else is so very expensive! The lack of gross carpet was also a plus for a budget hotel. There is nothing bad but also nothing good. Just a night before a flight.

United StatesLocations of electrical outlets, faulty appliances. The TV remote was bizarre: The volume & channel buttons worked well for selecting descending channels & lowering volume; however, extremely difficult to get any response from the ascending channel or volume buttons. The parking lot is rather small. The breakfast consists of sweet rolls, bananas & coffee (all good); however, there isn't a dining area. The chairs in the room were stained & the bedding was not exactly fresh. During our stay, we received zero room service.
The Staff was very friendly. The maintenance man solved our initial problems with an A.C. unit & refrigerator which were not working, in a timely & efficient manner. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of Popeye's, Burger King, & The Olympus Grille. Safeway & Starbucks; a very short drive away. Bus stops are a very short walk away & the light rail at Angel Lake Station at 200th Street is less than 5 minutes down the road. When I requested towels at the front desk, they were provided, right away.

United StatesThe smell of the room was a bit overwhelming, the shower head was really low and “breakfast included” was just a grab and go with danishes, bananas, coffee and tea.. no kids juices, milk or cereal. Also, the pictures in the photos did not look like the room we got at all.
The customer service from front desk was nice.
