the pillows to me were uncomfortable. and people smoked on balcony even though its a nonsmoking property- cigarettes and weed.

Some cleanliness around the room could be improved. The parking situation isn't the best but manageable.

The parking situation is very difficult for a larger vehicle (fullsize truck) Extra parking however is available across the street. The walls are very thin, therefore you can hear everyone who walks by.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were really comfortable. Our room was easily accessible and the beach was right out of our door.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly but not unpleasant. No free breakfast like most places but the price is very good for the view you get. The coffee shop attached to the hotel looks really cute but serves horrible coffee.

The view and balcony. Overall we enjoyed it. We even cancelled our other booking elsewhere and came back on our way home from Our road trip. My daughter loved the pool and I loved the perfect view of the ocean and sitting on the balcony.

There was a loud humming noise, how ever not continuous. We were on the 4th floor. It sounded like a ac unit, or pump running. Not sure. But even with that I would recommend this place

The hallway next to the pool was very wet sometimes. The elevator was slow but worked fine.

I was expecting it to be more dated based on pictures I saw online. There was no carpet and the beds had updated bedding. The view of the ocean was perfect! The pool was nice and warm for winter!

Smell of marajuana in the hallway, outside the elevator and even coming into our room under the door. I understand it’s legal in VA now, doesn’t mean I want to smell it every time I go somewhere. The “no smoking in public areas” should be enforced which is what the law is in VA.

Bed was actually soft and comfortable. Room was clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Great view and location.

Nothing. The hotel worked fine. Elevators were slow but always worked. It's not a big chain or very fancy, but that works fine for our needs.

Our room was spacious. The ocean view was great and we had a nice balcony. All the amenities we needed were there (refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, little table and chairs, etc.). They even have a little refrig near the elevator with free water bottles - very nice touch. There's also a nice little coffee shop practically attached to the hotel for quick breakfasts.

I loved the doors directly towards the ocean. The pool was really nice. Things were clean. I think the step down porch was dangerous.

The hot tub was dirty and definitely needs a good run through and clean but it was still a good experience over all!

It was a little old and outdated. The elevator was very slow and felt like it was going to collapse. So, we opted for the stairs most of the time.

You are paying for the balcony view of the ocean, and it was worth it! Best deal on the boardwalk, we would enter the room and immediately flock to the balcony.
