Beautiful stay that ended up with a bogus fee.

We informed the property manager 5 days before leaving that the dryer was not working. There is no public laundry in near vicinity. Since we were unable to wash their bath towels they charged us a penalty fee. A cheap shot for a beautiful two week stays.

Location, confonfort , view, parking, grounds and lots of chickens (joke)

The view was great and we didn’t mind visits from many chickens and nenes.

The trail was too rough requiring climbing. Some beach items needed updating like broken straw mats and a missing piece of an umbrella. Overall, the place could be freshened up. I wish common park area had parking or there were more sidewalks so you wouldn’t have to walk in the streets.

Location was pretty and next to trail to beach. Also, a muddy steep hike to Queens Bath is nearby.

Nice setting and location, noisy unit.

We found the unit to be very noisy because of the unit above. You can hear all footsteps, shuffling, scraping, etc. People were constantly coming and going early in the morning and late at night so we didn't sleep well. We would not come back because of the noise upstairs.

Good location, central to North Shore beaches and grocery store. Beautiful setting. Well equipped unit with many kitchen items, chairs, beach towels, cooler, snorkels, etc. Sea Lodge Beach was the best snorkeling we found on the island.

The furniture and furnishings were run down and dingy. Linens smelled musty. Bed was uncomfortable and wood squeaked. The unit was not well maintained. Couch was dirty. Kitchen utensils and dishes were old and incomplete. Knives were stained. Rugs and throw pillows looked and felt dirty. Beach chairs and umbrella were rusty and falling apart. The ceiling had water stains. We only stayed 4 of our 11 nights and we relocated to another property. The property managers have thus far not offered us any compensation.

We can hear our upstairs neighbors anytime they were walking around. I wish people upstairs would be mindful of there “stompy-ness”. This isn’t F1’s fault, it’s just something we noticed. - Also, the bathroom where the shower is could use a deep cleaning, maybe the tile/grout as well, because when we first walked in it smelt a bit damp. - the queen bed was comfy, however if the queen bed and huge bed frame were replaced with a king bed and a modern low profile bed frame, it would take up the same amount of room as the current setup. Just a thought :)

We loved the views, access to the private SeaLodge beach, great location, and a full kitchen
