Breakfast was delicious, fast. The soaking tub was wonderful. Decent water pressure. Hot tub was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We requested a vineyard view and had a first floor patio. It was quiet and exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay here again!

CroatiaWhile the hotel excels in location, room quality, and restaurant service, room for improvement areas are: • The cleanliness of the pool, jacuzzi, and surrounding area was below expectations, not in line with the hotel’s overall standard (hotel acknowledged that and appologized); • “Breakfast included” as listed on Booking.com is misleading: in reality, there is a $40 breakfast credit per day, per room, which barely covers half the cost for a family of four, with an average bill around $100; • Booking.com also offers a “Half Board” option at €17 per person, yet the hotel staff were unaware of this and do not provide it, leading to confusion and disappointment; • Lastly, front desk service was noticeably slower and less responsive than the exceptional service provided in the restaurant; Our room was not cleaned until after 4:00 PM and only when we specifically requested it, which impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the space.
We loved our stay here. Excellent location, surrounded by vineyards, just 10 minutes from downtown Napa or Yountville. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the rooms (especially the Vineyard Double Queen Suite with the terrace just a step away from the vineyard and Senza Loft Suite) are newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are elegant and spacious. Breakfast is outstanding, and the service at both breakfast and dinner is truly impeccable, warm, attentive, and professional. Beautiful firepits create a cozy atmosphere throughout the property, and the jacuzzi staying open until 10 PM is a perfect way to unwind after dinner.

United StatesThe minor inconveniences - leaves in the hot tub, the hot tub jets were aggressive and splashed UP and IN to the tub rather than soothing. A little awkward to sit in the hot tub with people working out so close. (privacy screen of vines/lattice possible?).
Greatly enjoyed "The Library" and the breakfast $40 credit. Breakfast's avocado toast was delicious. Loved the coffee, tea, and decaf available 24/7. If I had more time, I would have played one of the board games on the shelves. Loved the fire pit facing the vineyard and happy that it was easy to turn on ourselves (didn't have to bother a staff member). LOVED our corner room #20!!

IndiaWe were welcomed with an early check in on request. We opted to upgrade our room with Vineyards opening to our balcony. Overall the room was very clean, all the amenities were in place. The decor was just perfect. We didn't expect it to be so nice. The overall staff was very helpful and courteous. There was also a nice italian restaurant just around the corner which was excellent. It came as a surprise. Highly recommended stay in this hotel.

United StatesUnfortunately, the pool water was freezing cold and hard to get in even when it was warm outside. Other hotel patrons said they had asked the staff about it multiple times. I also complained to the staff and to their credit they did go check it after and it got warmer the following day but the damage was done.
Great property located in Napa close to majority of the wineries. Only a 30 min drive even to Calistoga. The vineyard view rooms are fantastic. Rooms are modern and spacious and so are the bathrooms. The hotel itself feels modern and nice. The pool, hot tub and fitness center are all great additions. The onsite cafe/restaurant is useful and has some decent food options if you want to stay back and enjoy. If you have an EV, they have a bunch of chargers located around the property. Some Tesla ones and some other ones which is a nice convenience to have, especially complimentary.
