Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom wall and floor dirty, mostly behind door and dressing room floor had dirt and grass on it. We have stayed here different times and never was like this. House keeping is going downhill it seems.

The pool bar and cafe were not open on the weekends like it said in the welcome email so we had to change our evening plans a couple nights to leave the property rather then stay and swim and have adult beverages
The room had a bonus bed that we weren’t accounting for which was perfect because the kids didn’t have to share a base which saved some bed time commotion.

It took over an hour to check in and we are over 60 y/o's and only stayed 1 night and were placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

Ice machine was signs indicating where ice machine are located and when u go there's no ice machine in sight, come to find out there's one ice machine located akk way in front. Which is extremely inconvenient considering we were all way in way back last building so was little walk to get all the way up front especially for ice machine which would be at least every other building of not every building which I believe is considered feasible.
Could've been better kept with cleanliness & upgraded furniture the desk seemed to be falling apart due to wear an tare from being round for sometime!!

Need to get that moisture smell out of the rooms
The view was beautiful of the poolside view but one of the staffs was not professional he was try to start a fight with me and I told him I didn’t know who he is cause im not from around here

Nasty mean employees took 2 days to get towels and no dpap no house keeping got longe stays no restaurants like advertised .
They have no breakfast or restaurants here as advertised it took 3.6 hrs to check in at 230 am in annually hot my room after standing in line that long couple staff were nice the rest are nasty mean ladies

No coffee maker in room, had to call front desk for it and didn't get it till the next day, kids room TV wouldn't work called to have fixed never got fixed. The restaurants and snack bar at hotel were not opened.

We had to wait over one hour to check in because the staff took so long with all the people there, even though we came there at night. The first room we got was dirty, the door did not close that well and the toilet was running all the time. We got a new room that was better and not as smelly.
It was close to all the amusement parks

Long wait to check in , was given a dirty room , had to come back around with two kids under 3 and get another room after waiting 30 minutes to check In

Our room was outdated and dirty. The door stuck and it was hard to exit easily. One of the beds was super hard and leaned to one side. . (There was a musty smell and the ac unit was full of dust. None of the restaurant facilities were open the whole weekend.

Room was dirty. Said there was coffee machine in room but there wasnt. Door didnt close properly unless it was slammed. Air didnt work at all. Very hot. Shower leaked so made floor wet all the time so bathroom was slippery at all times. Water seeped tru the wall and making mildew in the room area so was very smelly of mold. At check out told the lady to mark as checked out so the deposit can process she said no that it will be done after 10 days when the computer reconizes that you have checked out. Then check my bank account and seen that was charged another nite even after we left. Went back and told them and showed them my bank account and they said it was not from them. When it cleary shows them on my bank statement.
Location was the only thing.
