Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Many places that I stay in have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. That would be a nice addition for your hotel.

My only complaint is that when I booked the hotel, through booking.com, the cost was $110 but my credit card was charged $160 and we didn’t purchase anything extra. I did have to leave the keys on the counter as the receptionist was busy with someone else and I had an appointment. They were in plain sight of her and she saw me leave them there.
Clean comfortable room and close to where we were going.

We loved everything about this stay! Every member of the staff was fantastic especially Sonny at check in. The pool was fantastic and the room was perfect for our family of 4. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and 24hr coffee bar and fully stocked vending machines. Great location with lots of options close by for food and things to do. Definitely will be staying here again. Highly recommend this facility.

The only concerns I have would be the swimming pool area. The painted concrete is slick. I slipped and fell and cut my knee open. There were also small pieces of either concrete or rocks all around the pool.
I really enjoyed the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone was very nice and professional.

You'd have to nit pick to find flaws honestly.
The king suite was larger than expected. The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. They have a decent hot breakfast. Susie at check in was super sweet and accommodating. Sunny at check was also very nice.

There was a $100 security fee that was unexpected. It was not mentioned on the website. When checking in, discovered room was not clean. The service clerk put us in another room, was an upgrade at no charge.
Breakfast was fine. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Maybe a little too soft.

Furniture was a little worn. Otherwise, the rooms had everything we needed for a quick weekend away.
Near major highways for easy access. Provided a decent breakfast. Allowed dogs in room. (We were in town for a dog show.) Buildings seemed very secure. We were placed on the first floor in the rear of the hotel near a large grassy area for the dogs.

I paid $137 for one night. I don’t like paying $150 for a deposit for one night. We had no pets or kids and my husband and I are of an age that we obviously aren’t there to party and trash the room. It is posted that they can hold $50-250 a night. I think a $50 hold is all that is needed for the Best Western.
Rooms were updated and clean. Staff was friendly.

The remote for the TV did not work. Took it down to the desk, they gave me another one and it did not work. Housekeeping gave us a 3 one the next morning, and it did finally work. Communications are challenging.
Breakfast was good. Love the "Make your own" waffles. The breakfast room is bright and cheery!

The first room we were in didn't have a shower handle so we had to change rooms. The second room had a nail in the floor trim sticking up but not enough to hurt you.
Great location not far from the highway, easy to get to. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
