No in room coffee maker or coffee available at the hotel. The room is in need of upgrade and a deep clean - suspicious stains on the curtains and the damaged floor are things that there is no excuse for. The bar was lovely but very expensive - $50 for two bacardi and cokes is a little excessive, even for Miami

The size of the room was very small. There was no space to even open the big suitcase. Inside there was no wardrobe to put things inside. Also another thing- but placing rooms just next to the bar on the same floor with loud music till midnight or later and with loud people screaming while guests are sleeping is definitely not nice experience. So without earplugs it was impossible to fall asleep. And last but not least the 100$ deposit which according to the receptionist's confirmation should has been returned after 48 hours, after one week didn't reach my account.

The hotel's location is fantastic- you are passing the street and there is Ocean's Drive and the beach. So when it comes to the location you have everything close.

Bed bugs, we Both have bug bites from after the first night. I requested extra blankets and towels and it took a day and a half and my partner then going over to the main building to go get them

The Check in and out process was the best part of the experience. alongside the safety of each set of doors

No elevators, you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Other than that the property is good

The room did not have a coffee/tea Maher as you advertised on booking.com. And after I finally checked in which tool 40 minutes the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the room was not cleaned during my entire 4 night 5 day stay so I would like some compensation. Thank you

Never got our beach towels even after waiting almost an hour. The front desk lady just played on her phone the whole time, never even went to check on the towels. We also had NO hot water. So showering was horrible. Hotel Shelley, you have to check in across the street. That is no problem, but in the actual hotel, there were no workers in sight. You have to use a code to get in, but sometimes the door wasn't closed all the way or at all, which made it easy for others to come into the hotel. That's kind of a safety issue since there's no staff there. When checking out, I informed the 2 staff on duty about the issues, and although they apologized, I still feel like more could've been done. We paid a decent amount and even had a hold on our card for a damage deposit(which still hasn't been released).

The room is really cute! Good location. Cold ac.

The TV would not sign on to the wifi so that we could sign in to Netflix or anything, we had to check in across the street and then looked for the parking garage for over an hour. The windows need black out curtains because it looks like daylight in there at night. I think it would be a good ideal to give customers the address to the public parking when you check in. There was no one to talk to at the Hotel Shelley you had to go across the street for anything you needed including ice.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room looked very nice. The bathroom was huge and had a great shower. The TV was great size and the air conditioner was great.

The tv has like 4 channels and absolutely nothing to watch unless u like old murder cases etc. wifi was a total nightmare. I got Shelley guest wifi which dropped every minute. I called and was told if i we t to chesterfield over the road i can log in there which i did , worked great too however, going over the road every time i wanted to send a mail was the pits so i asked for help. Again the awesome girl on reception gave me shelly staff wifi and it worked great. All in all good stay apart from that. A kettle and coffee etc would be nice in room by the way.

Ive stayed here a cpl of times now. Must say the girls on check in were awesome. Very friendly and he,pful.

Happy hour was ok, not great. Need to add some snacks like peanuts and pretzels. Not sure what the $25 resort fee was for...this was not a resort. (maybe add snacks to happy hour)

the stairs they don’t have elevator and I was on the 3rd floor so it was kind of tiring , the pillow cases wasn’t really clean to me and it was flies in my room
