We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy locked car was stolen from the parking lot and although the staff had sympathy, I was not offered a private space to make emotional and private calls. I was left to call police, insurance and family in the middle of the lobby. I had to eat in their overly priced restaurant since I didn’t have a car to go anywhere and needed to catch a train home and wasn’t offered any compensation. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Room: The room is clean. The bathroom is slightly small, however the towers are new, clean.. and enough for 4 people. Facilities: The restaurant is in ground level. Very convenience. The swimming pool is very nice. It is bonus thing. The parking area is roomy and easy to move.

United StatesThere are no microwaves in the room but there was one in the lobby for everyone to use, while that wasn’t horrible it was annoying to have everyone stare at us while we heated our food. The AC was very outdated. It sounded like it was going to go out at any minute and it wasn’t really blowing out cold air, just enough so we weren’t all hot. The water pressure was SO bad. Most of the water came out of the bottom faucet so we barely had a mist to shower with. There is also a daily fee of $28 for parking which we didn’t know about ahead of time
The location was great! Lots of parking. Check in and out was easy. The staff was great! There were home made cookies that were delicious. Big jugs of fresh water available as well as apples and oranges. The room was clean

Coming in and out of the hotel. The elevators responded quickly and quietly. Never had to wait long. I was surprised to learn about a parking fee. I was not informed about that prior to booking my hotel room. However, the parking fee was reduced and it was acceptable and reasonable.
