Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Trying to get out of the facility by car was hard. The machine that dispensed tickets and allowed the cars through, always gave us a problem and we had to go back inside to straighten it out. Seems like a fire hazard to make it where you can't get out without going through a problem. I can see having to get a ticket to check in thru the gate, but to make you sit and try to figure out how to get out was ridiculous. It happened every time.
Shuttle to Disneyland was very prompt and courteous man driving the shuttle.

Really lovely facilities and very close to Disney. The shuttle buses were every half hour and even at peak times there were usually enough buses for everyone

Too far away from any “store/market” should we need something. Medicine, etc. The only decent morning coffee, etc. option is the deli which doesn’t open until 630. The bistro was only open Wednesday and Thursday of our stay.
Beautiful grounds. Three places to dine on site. Great shuttle service to parks.

The property is very low-budget remodeled. The pictures look a lot nicer than in real life. You can tell they slapped a coat of paint over the old paint for "renovations". They canceled my room and it wasn't available when I got there. I needed to rebook and ended up in another building where the hallway renovations were extremely low budget. The smell was musty. The fact it isn't a higher-end hotel and we need to pay for parking is a bit ridiculous. There's no bell service when most people are traveling with children. It was myself and my toddler and I needed help with bags at 10 pm at night after traveling. Not to mention how far the rooms are from the front desk with no bell service. There was a very sketchy worker here every day that made me feel uncomfortable being alone with my toddler daughter. I ran into him both days I was there and he was pushing the linen varts. He was inappropriately and intensely staring at me as I walked from the building to my car. I didn't feel comfortable with him there.
The location to Disneyland and the fact this place has a shuttle to Disney. The store was also convenient and had a lot more than I expected.

It really needs to be updated: the restroom, AC took too long to work, and Mini Fridge worked when it wanted to. , Dislike that the rooms didn't have a microwave. Also, they don't clean unless you ask. Which they didn't tell me. But it's ok now, I know. They need to clean better. The middle white blanket was dirty. It should be changed with every new person. Because it's gross to use a blanket someone else used, especially if they did nasty stuff. 🙄 I usually take my own blankets, but this time I didn't, and the time I dont I got the dirty blanket, and I know it was not changed because it was boogers 🤮 nasty gross.
It provides a shuttle to Disneyland. Nice Lobby and Restaurants.
