You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThis hotel is a bit old, and some parts feel outdated. The decorations in the hallway on my floor were pretty messed up. The ceilings were really low and the bathroom was a bit cramped (also shower seemed really old). Didn't feel like it met the price point, but that's probably because I stayed there during the Beyonce concert when prices were jacked up everywhere in Arlington.
The mattress and the bedding were fantastic. The staff were friendly. The location is fantastic, was able to walk back to the hotel after a concert at the AT&T stadium.

Stayed for conference and the convenience of the on-site restaurant and trolley service was great. The location is great within walking distance to Global Life Field and the AT&T stadium.

United States of AmericaElevators were not dependable. There was one day/time when only one was working which created a good sized line to get on. The room we had didn't have any chairs, with the exception of the desk chair, to sit around the table. This made it a bit uncomfortable to eat breakfast.
The location, location, location...perfect for getting to the stadium, six flags, and any other tourist attraction near by.

United States of AmericaPrice was high, but likely driven up by the winning Rangers and the concert at the other park. Rooms are smallish as it's an older building, bathroom very small. But overall great experience.
It is located near the Tx Rangers ballpark and the Trolley made it very convenient to get to and from even in 108 temps. I stayed her a few years back. It's certainly cleaner and nice now.
