Quick to accommodate us to a new room after entering one with a strong cigarette ordor. The new room was huge and spacious. Also, they were able to open us the door when we got locked out. It took time, but the manager really did his all and eventually got it opened.

HVAC was "moody" and air flow was too concentrated. Room door was too short allowing too much hallway light into the guestroom. Desk staff was rude, both at check in and calling down to front desk regarding billing.

Front desk staff could have been more helpful. I attended for a convention, and this was one of the main hotels listed to stay in. There was a shuttle service from the hotel to the convention centre, but on Saturday and Sunday when the convention started at 10am, the first shuttle bus wasn't until noon. Meaning unless you had your own transport, you had to get a taxi to the centre.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but didn't expect the location to be in an industrial park with absolutely nothing, IE shops restaurants etc within easy walking distance.

TV screen would not turn off so I had to sleep with a feint glow from the screen both nights.

Staff was friendly the entire time I was there. Everything was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The first room that was given was dirty, there was a drip from the faucet and the fridge did not work. The second room, the toilet would not flush and the repairman said he could not fix - major problem. The third room was a little better but the fridge still did not work. In addition the carpet in all of the rooms were dirty.

They only gave a very small thing of shampoo/conditioner and did not automatically replace when cleaning the room. There was no toothpaste on hand to purchase just toothbrushes.

The staff was very nice. Although, we did not use it, I like that we could have had food in their restaurant and Starbucks. We have done so in the past. The staff was very nice and accommodated a room change when the original room smelled of smoke.

The staff that I had dealing with at the front desk could use more customer service training. The restaurant, bar and staff everywhere else were very friendly, even when understaffed.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were not made aware of no room service and realized after returning to room after first night. Not a problem, but this should be told to us during check-in.

The room was not very clean. The first night there, things seemed fine, but when my wife was making up the bed the next, we saw corn chips and dust underneath the headboard. It had clearly been there a very long time, meaning that the room was not fully cleaned. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was on the way. Four hours later, no one had shown up, so I called again. Finally housekeeping came up. Also, the pad in between the sheets and mattress was yellow and stained. There were also rust spots on the bathroom floor by the toilet and dirt in the corners. The grounds around the hotel aren't much better with cigarette butts all over the place and no one doing any clean-up. On our last night, the television could only show some channels all of a sudden and streaming was completely down. We called the front desk, who said they were sending someone up. The never showed..

Despite being listed as pet friendly, they are no longer a pet friendly establishment. However, they honored my reservation and allowed us to bring in our pet, which was greatly appreciated. The Starbucks coffee in the room was also a nice touch.

I forgot my cardigan and called the front desk as well as left the message at lost and found, none of them got back to me till today, horrible staff and I lost my black color MK cardigan.

Sorry to be picky, but trash in the parking lot.

Location was perfect for my needs. Tried the on location Starbucks for morning coffee. Had an evening cocktail at the bar, and ordered a burger top go No complaints.
