Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I live in Reston and actually booked Sheraton Reston for my friend who was visiting Reston from Seattle to attend an event and also meet with me. My friend and his son enjoyed the trip and the stay at Sheraton Reston

Location and easy parking
The staff are rude specifically the people serving breakfast and bar have poor customer handling. They refused my children to have breakfast Refused to give children age 6 and 10 to have juice and they said only coffee/tea is with breakfast and I have to pay for orange juice. Poor communication between the manager and the restaurant. We were advised breakfast is until 11 but the restaurant refuse to serving etc

The breakfast is absolutely awful. Sheraton Hotels should be embarrassed at such a pitiful breakfast.

Breakfast truly awful. Evening meal food only a little better. Very disappointing, given the cost of the hotel.
Currently there is no restaurant, only a bar and what can only be described as a breakfast kiosk. Breakfast was just awful. Given a $14 token for breakfast, but even the basics cost more than that, requiring additional expenditure. Shocking approach, especially given that hot food options were pre-packed and just (re)heated. Do not pay for breakfast, rather arrange your own!!!

You would think that the restaurant for a place that costs $300 to stay would have been worth it. It was not a good experience. The only part nice was the check-in, the staff was pleasant and helpful.
The food that evening was horrible . I was disappointed that the quality of the food was not better nor the Staff was never around for service as the bar was full. Took forever to track someone down to pay. The food was terrible !

Shower was not hot, even with the dial turned completely to the "hot" side. I struggled to get through a shower without shivering. That was quite disappointing as the setup looked lovely with two different options (rain shower and handheld heads) and I was looking forward to a nice hot shower after a morning run. TV issues seemed rampant as the technician receive two more service calls while fixing ours. The same issue occurred in the morning, but after moving a heavy bench to reach the input, I did as the technician did the night before, and got it working.
Staff was friendly, promptly came up to help with TV issues when we called the front desk. The "look" of the room was a lovely upgrade since the last time we stayed at this location, and we appreciated that the hotel was very quiet at night. Pretty good selection of items for breakfast, REALLY appreciated that plant based milks were an option, thank you for having coconut milk for coffee!

The breakfast was poor. Not many options to select. The breakfast staff were not well trained. We requested the cleaning service for all our stay, and the first day was not completed, we have to remind at the reception
The room and lobbies were very comfortable and very well decorated. The shuttle services were very helpful

Odd room layout: the closet was inside the bathroom. Lacking towel bars. Shower was a bit awkward.
