As above, pillows and water heating.

Everything was just as it should have been... comfortable bed (although I wasn't crazy about the pillows), nice suite amenities, etc. The bathroom was small and it took forever for the water to get hot. Otherwise, just fine.

Restaurant staffing shortages

My only complaint is that there is not enough staff in the restaurant. Long waits

One of the light fixtures was flashing on and off. (Property quickly addressed). Safe wasn't working. (Property addressed the next day).

Room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels daily. Very responsive to a couple of minor room issues.

Rooms were large & the beds very comfortable. Staff generally very good especially at breakfast.

Slippery floors outside the bathroom. Very nice Christmas decorations but it would have been nice to see a Hanukkah menorah or dreidel as well.

Room wasn’t quiet. Morning front desk person didn't understand the word scale. I explained to weigh luggage. I ask about fitness room and got a strange look. Restaurant said breakfast and evening. Ask at front desk. Was told could get lunch as well.

The room was nice and cooler but the lobby of the hotel was extremely warm and a bit uncomfortable. We also paid $60 for two people for BREAKFAST.

My room wasn't clean. Trash still in the bin , floor was wet. Was told it was because of the air-conditioning and weather outside. I had a studio room and because of the wetness I had to stay in my bedroom.

When we arrived only one of the two front elevators was working, and we weren’t told until we went back down to the front desk that the hotel room door needs to be pushed extra hard to get it open due to difference of temperature inside and out. Other than that, no issues.

The tub had a slow drain, the water level went up to 1/4-1/3 in the tub when I took a shower. The next morning, I reported but it was the same.

Location, close to the airport and the hotel offers airport shuttle. The staff were nice.

Had a small balcony you couldn't go out on. Shower was strange because you had to turn to almost cold to find the hot water.

Only things I would suggest is making sure the sofa bed sheets are clean, ours unfortunately had a stain and had an area that was wet, not sure why. Also, if the pool was heated a bit it would be perfect because it was extremely cold.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was a perfect size and bed was super comfy. I loved that the pool was open late and was indoors.

I had four rooms. The toilet backed up in one. The microwave blew a fuse, and the power went out in another. The third room, one of the guests, got stuck in the bathroom. After several attempts to fix the handle, maintenance had to kick the lock in to get her out. Not to mention, the vents didn't work in the bathroom. So, it was super hot! Also, I was charged parking for all four rooms. We didn't have a car. We Ubered or took the shuttle everywhere.

It was a great location. The staff was accommodating.

Was only there for a nights sleep after international arrival and off onto final travel destination next morning so nothing to dislike.
