I love that it was close to all the Excursions. It was Family oriented. It also had gym arcade pool spa and outdoor activities.

The resort is very large and several entrances to the place which can be a little confusing. Whilst there were about 7 pools available they were often quite busy at peak times (spring break). The private outside area is very small and located next to the aircon units and the general outlook from the villa was very average. The showers in the bathroom were very basic.

We had a ground floor two bedroom 'villa'. This was a very comfortable base and ideally located for visiting the many Disney attractions and Vineland outlet shopping centre. 2 separate bathrooms and was a very good mix between a hotel and a condo style accommodation. Everything serviced every 2 days which kept everything clean and access to fresh towels etc. Considering the size of the resort, the accommodation was quiet and in many respects ideal for what we needed. Ideal for a family of four.

Staff was right on with any questions. The facility had maned gates and security throughout the complex. Grounds were excellent and had many activities and several pools for the family. Two restuarants on the property. Highly recommend. Ask for a remodeled unit.

The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't stay longer. There is nothing to dislike about this resort.

There is so much to do you don't even have to leave the resort everything you need is on-site. This resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will recommend this place to everyone and will definitely go back.

Let me first say **** Happens! The morning of our check out, we had no hot water due to a mechanical problem. This is the only reason I rated this 9 out of 10. I will not deter us from starting again as already stated in above comment

We have stayed in alot of jacuzzi suites. This one was a 9/10. Some are extremely loud when run, this was nice, quiet and relaxing. The screened in balcony was great as it allowed us to leave the sliding glass and our bedroom access does open listening to the fountain and waterfall from the lake and pool. We are already looking to be back in the next month or two.

The swimming pool was very crowded and far from our apartment.

The apartment was huge! Of course we paid a lot of money for that apartment. The bed was really comfortable and so the pillows. Kitchen with all needed tools. The housekeeper was very helpful.

The only thing that could have been done at time of building the resort would have been some sort of waterslide or alike that some other resorts have but it was not an issue as the kids had fun in the pool anyways

No smart TV option was available in the room. The check-in was delayed, yet no complementary delay for check-out was offered.

I like the location of the resort and spacious rooms. The villa offers two bathrooms, laundry closet, and netted balcony with a sitting area. There are big pools were you can relax and playgrounds for kids.

Waiting for a room to be available for someone with an ADA disability is inconvenient. Suggestions: ADA rooms should always be prepared, first.

Great rooms for ADA. The bathroom showers are very accommodating. Beds are the perfect height for mature adults having difficulty getting in and out of bed.

our cleaning service did not come one day which was extra hard because we had park days at Disney

we used blue horizon to get to vistana to and from the airport- great. value, excellent safe cars and friendly driver.

It is confusing to navigate at first, especially when you arrive after dark. We were able to finally find our room. The signs could be better.

There were several heated pools that we really enjoyed during our visit. The grounds were beautiful.
